The MBSAQIP Standards, outlined in the Resources for Optimal Care of the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Patient 2016 ensure that bariatric surgical patients receive a multidisciplinary program, not just a surgical procedure, which improves patient outcomes and long-term success. The staff is very professional and provide excellent service. Roman Serniak typifies this. He worked on a crown for me explaining the process to me every step of the way. I highly recommend his services and the Brooklyn Hospital Dental center.

I came in there for a tooth removal and my tooth wind up having an abcess under it i wasn't giving any pain medicine or any antibiotics my face got so swollen and my guns were torn apart

This place literally has THE WORST DENTIST IN THE WORLD! I don't know why they even bother with people because they don't like people! The dentist and the staff don't care about the patients at all and front desk people are rude and unprofessional. They are not good at their job and the the facility is dirty.

This dental clinic really knows what they are doing. Their professional dentists fixed 3 teeth that had cracked fillings, and now my teeth look like new, again. They did a great job of cleaning the teeth, as well.

Everything went smoothly and without issues. The professionalism and friendliness of Roman Serniak is outstanding. I've been going with him for a complicated process ( to take out 2 of my wisdom tooth) and then for keeping up and cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend him 100%

The place is great! ***** BUT GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE ( AND THEY HAVE 2 FRONT DESK PERSONNEL) IS A TASK SO GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! THEY DO NOT CONFIRM APPTS, SO IF YOUR'E CALLING TO CONFIRM FOR YOURSELF YOU MIGHT AS WELL MISS YOUR APPT BECAUSE AGAIN THE FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONES.

I tried scheduling a dental appointment several times and never made it. After several attempts I finally spoke to a human who was rude and confusing to talk to. He told me I would receive a phone call from the schedulers the next day. I tried calling back after a week, couldn't get a hold of anyone.

I called this dental clinic because I was in severe pain they picked u like there were going to help me and then hung up on me when I called back and asked to speak to the man I was speaking to I was placed on hold 44 mins and counting

I had two of my wisdom teeth surgically removed here. Everything went smoothly and without issues. Everyone at the facility was professional and courteous. I'm taking one star off because after my procedure, I feel like I was rushed out of the clinic. I wasn't even told what medication i'll be taking, I had to find that out at the pharmacy. Either way i'm mostly satisfied with my experience here.

I was a little worried because I never been there. But the staff was awesome. Very nice! I got two wisdom teeth pulled. The Dentist that did it was fast and painless. At my age they say it will take longer to heal, but I only took pain meds for 24 hours and felt great after a day. Excellent work.
