Dr. Millie Serrano graduated with honors and awards from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1993. Since then, she has been in private practice, and in 1995, she earned her certificate of advanced graduate study in periodontics and dental implants.
Being a member of the American Academy of Periodontics and American Dental Association, a certified LANAP clinician of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, and a member in other Millennium Associations gives our practice the expertise with the newest technology. When patients have been referred to our office by general dentists, specialists or friends, whether their needs are simple or complex, our solution can provide the required treatment with a fully knowledgeable procedure based on our experience to help our patients understand the options available and best suited for their unique situations.
Dr. Daher received his Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the American University of Beirut and his Doctor of Dental Medicine and oral and maxillofacial surgery training from Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and was inducted as a fellow of the International College of Dentists and Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Daher lectures extensively, both nationally and internationally, on topics of oral and maxillofacial surgery and reconstruction. He has been pioneering in demonstrating surgical techniques via live webcasts.
Dr. Daher is a past president of the Boston University Alumni Association and past president of the alumni association of the BUSDM. Dr. Daher is the founder and was the inaugural president of the BCH/BMC Dentistry and OMS Alumni Association.
He is one of the founders and the president of the Massachusetts-based charitable organization Medical Missions for Children, Inc. after having served as treasurer and director for several years. MMFCs mission is to deliver high-quality specialized surgical and medical care to poor and indigent children and young adults around the world with a growing number of sites (14 currently) in nine countries that span four continents.

I had a wisdom tooth removed last week at Dr Daher's office. The extraction was quick and painless, and I was out of the office in no time. Planning on bringing my family for future surgical procedures.

My visit was fine. Dr. Daher did an excellent job of explaining what would be needed to correct my problem and answered all my questions. The office staff was courteous, efficient, and thorough.

I found Dr. Milagros Serrano to be professional, compassionate and very informative. She explained and performed my complicated extraction with great skill and was very accommodating to my scheduling constraints. Her staff, as well, is supportive, thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend a visit for oral surgery or periodontics.

DO NOT GO HERE. Call your insurance and they will give you names of better offices and specialist! Super rude and not nice at all, forget about consideration for a pregnant patient who is already more concerned than your usual patient. When I was trying to figure out the logistics of my wisdom tooth extraction, the front staff wouldn't listen. However, I was persistent in asking the questions I had. Likewise, the oral surgeon, Dr. Daher talked to me for 5 minutes, looked at the x ray from my general dentist and then I was charged $175. When I called to verify the charge since nothing was done other than talking, the same staff picks up and yells at me. Upon calling my insurance, I find out that I was being charged for 'examination' whereas what I had was 'consultation'. None of my teeth was examined to begin with. The dentist only looked at the X ray from my previous dentist. He spent 5 minutes with me, but he charged for 45 minutes examination fee. So, I ended up filing an appeal via my insurance.

I had all four wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Daher. Both the doctor and fantastic assistant Karen were informative, calm, and well experienced. I wish I did not procrastinate this visit for so long because the experience was incredibly comfortable and I am very pleased with the result. I have been recommending this office to all of my friends! The office is very clean, conveniently located on the green line, and modern.

Exceptional service! Dr. Serrano took the time on her weekend to see me for an emergency visit. She is so kind and took excellent care of me. I cannot thank her enough for her time and excellent work! I had an implant placed today and I feel great! Thank you SO much for everything! I highly highly recommend her and the staff to everyone!!

Let's me just start by saying this experience was better than phenomenal. When I say Doctor Daher is gifted is an understatement. I have had past oral surgery and nothing was like this. During the procedure (wisdom too removal) I could not feel a thing, and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was going home I expected to feel some sort of pain and while the novacaine wore off to my surprise there was little to no pain. I was back to feeling better almost 90% the next day. I recommend this facility to anyone who wants the best of the best. They also follow up with you the next day personally which is beyond the service I have ever received. 15/10 would highly recommend to anyone going through oral surgery. Thank you

Very very very bad experience. Before I remove my tooth, I told the doctor I have some heart problem. After checking, he told me I am ok to do the surgery. But I was sent to ER just after the anesthesia. And I have to pay more than one thousand by myself. This doctor is not professional at all, make the wrong decision. Besides, they told me I will spend around 400. After the surgery, then they just told me I need to pay extra 500. So ridiculous difference. If you don't know how to estimate the cost, please provide a higher price. They are trying to use a low price to attract people and then asking for a lot. Lastly, I told them I have to pay for the ER and ambulance so I don't have enough money on my HSA. Then someone said it's ok to pay monthly. Now I just get another bill with total amount and am asked to pay otherwise I need to pay for the late fee. Called them again and was told no record about the monthly pay, and then put me on hold for more than 15mins.

I love this place! Warm and friendly staff. The dentist is personable and knowledgeable and able to explain in layman's terms what he's doing and why. I had a fairly major issue that they took care of quickly and efficiently. They have great follow up as well.

Dr Serrano was very nice and helpful. She gave me confidence in my gums and teeth, and told me exactly what was going on. She gave me helpful advice on keeping the teeth and gums healthy, and told me precisely what the procedure was going to involve, and the price. Amazing!
