Dr. Fried received his D.M.D degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry in 1983. He completed his specialty training in Periodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in addition to earning a Masters of Medical Sciences in 1986. Dr. Fried is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (Board Certified) and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Periodontology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Fried has been practicing and teaching Periodontics and Dental Implants for over 20 years.

Dr. Boris Stein grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, graduating from Newton North High School. He continued to pursue his love of science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following graduation, he moved back to Boston to attend Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Stein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (Board Certified).

Dr. Stein continued his education with a residency in periodontics at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, where he received his Certificate in Periodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry degree. At LSU he completed advanced training in oral plastic surgery, soft and hard tissue regenerative procedures, dental implants, microsurgery, and laser surgery. Dr. Stein has also completed the surgical implant program at the Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Stein has served as a contributing editor for the Journal of Western Society of Periodontology and presented his research on the effects of cigarette smoke on dental implants at the International Association for Dental Research annual meeting.

Dr. Irina Dragan received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM). She completed her advanced training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at TUSDM and earned a Master of Science in Dental Medicine at the same institution. She also received post-doctoral training in comprehensive and esthetic dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Dragan is board certified in periodontics and dental implants and is an assistant professor of periodontology at TUSDM. She has published more than 20 research papers, written five chapters in dental textbooks, and has lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Dragan is the recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation Tarrson Fellowship award, given to an outstanding young periodontist for research in periodontics. She has also received the Presidential Citation from the American Dental Education Association and most recently was honored with the Tufts University Provosts Award for Outstanding Teaching Service. Her recent publication in the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry is focused on the utilization of a novel soft tissue substitute for gingival grafting.

Dr. Dragan has received comprehensive training and experience using the most advanced techniques in robotic-guided implant placement and minimally-invasive periodontal surgery. She is fully trained and experienced in all phases of periodontal and implant treatment and continues to explore innovations to advance periodontal treatment options.
