Dr. Brooklin Byrd is a Memphis native. She received her Bachelor's Degree in general biology from Union University in Jackson, TN, and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN. While at the University of Tennessee, Dr. Byrd served as treasurer for her class, and received awards for student research, community service, and clinical skills.
Dr. Byrd maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Richard Doggett Dean and Marguerite Taylor Dean Honorary Odontological Society, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She takes special care to attend cutting edge courses in order to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and techniques to deliver her patients the best care possible.
Dr. Byrd's favorite parts about being in the field of dentistry are getting to know patients and their families, decreasing dental anxiety through building friendships, and supporting patients' oral healthcare.

From the minute I walked in the door at Dr. Byrd's office I felt welcome. The office staff was very friendly and worked with me to make a following appointment that met my schedule. The hygienist I saw was super nice and made me very comfortable. Then Dr. Byrd came in. She was so friendly and so caring! I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Byrd and her staff!

My husband and I are both very pleased with Dr. Byrd as our dentist. She is very professional and very thorough in her examination. Donna, our hygienist, is tops also. They both do an excellent job working on our teeth from fillings to crowns to preventative care.

Dr. Byrd and her staff are simply the best!!!!! If you are looking for a great dentist who is honest, and not trying to push expensive or unnecessary procedures on you, this is the place for you. I used to absolutely hate going to the dentist until I found her. She has a wonderful upbeat personality and great sense of humor. Her staff are so kind and compassionate. If you're looking for your forever dentist, look no further. They have a dental chair you won't mind sitting in.

Brooklyn worked me in today after I lost a filling last week! This tooth could not be saved and she had to pull it! She is one the best dentists I have ever seen! She is so kind and very compassionate! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a new dentist!
