Dr. Brice Chang is an experienced and caring dentist with a passion for helping patients of all ages. His mission is to provide a comfortable and judgement-free environment where he can work with patients one-on-one to create healthy, beautiful smiles that last a lifetime.
Dr. Chang is one of few dentists on the Southern Oregon Coast who is certified to provide both the surgical placement and cosmetic restoration of dental implants, and he is the only dentist to offer All-on-4.
Dr. Chang believes that providing exceptional dental care requires a life-long commitment to education. He participates in numerous courses and seminars each year to expand his knowledge and clinical skills in all areas of dentistry, including conscious and IV sedations, same-day dentistry, orthodontic treatment and complex implant surgery and restorations such as All-on-4.
In addition to being active in many professional organizations, Dr. Chang has achieved prestigious Fellowship and Mastership in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of General Dentistry. His memberships include the:

I love these guys. I had a bunch of questions for the dental hygienist, and she was REALLY patient with me. And, because I have the annual insurance plan with Brookings Dental Arts, my cleaning was ... free. Love that price!

The office staff, dental assistant, and the dentist were all kind, courteous and professional. My only issue is that I went there with a toothache and really needed it pulled, but all the dentist did is look at my tooth and tell me to come back for another appointment to get it pulled, and the next appointment isn't until 2 more weeks. I got up at 5:30 am and drove 40 minutes from Crescent city in the pouring rain, to be looked at/talked to by the dentist for 5 minutes. Today's cost was $155.00 and the actual pulling of the tooth will be $367.00, for a grand total of $522.00, to pull one small bottom tooth. I really can't afford it but thankfully I have good credit so I'll pay with my credit card. The cost is a bummer, but the worst part is having to spend yet another two weeks in pain!

Dr. Chang and the whole staff are extremely professional yet very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable even though I was extremely anxious. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and makes you know that you're in good hands. There are no limitations to there Dental expertise. All your bases are covered. Highly recommend.Need to mention, I had my very tartared teeth cleaned recently and am extremely pleased with results. No pain at all . Joanne is very professional but makes you feel comfortable while she does her work.

Brookings Dental Arts is a great one-stop shopping service. They do everything from dental cleaning to implants. Other places in the area are very limited in the services they provide and if you need specialty work, most often that means you have to go out of town to get it done. Dr. Chang and his team are well skilled and able to do it all. So glad this well rounded service is available here.
