This place is discriminatory towards Spanish-speaking patients. It is evident in their documents and practices. The Vietnamese-Speaking staff are very rude and will throw documents at you if you ask for your medical records. They don't have translations services and will give you a dental assistant that is not even fluent in Spanglish (mixed Spanish and English). The place isn't even licensed with the State of California. Look up the Dentist name and see that they don't have an operating Dental Office License with the state of California. Do you research people! Aka Google it! This place is affordable as long as you don't bring up your patient Rights. Look them up on Better Business Bureau and state of california licensure department.

There is a coachrach in the light of one of the endodontista rooms, they also will ruin your teeth and do nothing to fix it

Terrible service....I'm.a new patient and I met a male dentist I'm assuming his name is Ken...extremely rude ..doesn't greet you at all ..and is condescending. ..and has no freaking social skills whatsoever .....the site manager is also rude and I can tell she as fake as press on nails ...the only friendly staff are the people at the front desk office .....the xray tech looks so so stressed and unfriendly ....I don't blame her because she has to deal with he abal male dentist and the office manager ....the female office manager and the male dentist (Ken) should be fired at this facility

BEWARE!! Sharks about your money here They don't seem to care about patients here, they treated me so polite all the way to the end once I told them I need to save all the money they'll charge me in about 2 weeks plus my insurance will verify my balance at that time their face switch to rude, mad and very NOT polite I felt so bad now they lost a customer and won't recommend and on top of this this really bad review, they should've keep been nice money would've get here in a few weeks and everybody happy so greedy people

I moved to Houston but I chose to come back to Brookhurst Dental for all our teeth related services. I love how Dr. Tan & Tracy are super nice, especially Dr. Tracy has angel hands which gave me a painless experience. My boyfriend and I both had our deep cleaning done, teeth whitening and I had a new molding installed for my cracked tooth. Overall very satisfying experience and it's totally worth it for me to fly all the way back to California for this!

Terrible dental office. I went there for a cleaning and came out with pain and gum bleeding. It was a cleaning with an inexperienced person. It seems like she was just poking and not performing any cleaning. I know a difference between a quality cleaning and not a good cleaning.

This place is the biggest con ever.i came in for a fill on my worn off tooth. I paid $59.00 for an exam witch is half done. The dentist told the would lasted for two weeks and suggested I get a crown instead which cost $700 vs$70 for fills.

As other reviews said, this place is money hungry. I had a deep cleaning. No dental hygienist. The dentist Ken was so rude, did not care to say hello to me. He acted like he's working for free. He poked on my gums instead of cleaning my teeth. That hurt. Then he let the untrained assistant to polish. All done in 10minutes. She did not know how to apply the dental floss between my teeth. Wasting my time. I will dispute with my insurance.

I received a retreatment on a root canal here because my primary dentist informed me to find an endodontist to perform the retreatment. While the staff was friendly, my main concern is a matter of simple ethics. The endodontist ensured me he would go through my already placed crown, as is correct practice. The endodontist BROKE my crown. He cracked it by making the incision to the root canal WAY TOO BIG and didn't inform me!! They also failed to send the prognosis to my primary dentist, which they should have so my dentist knows what work has been done. They didn't prescribe any pain medication and root canals are an extremely painful process. The tooth they were working on was already close to needing an implant and now that they cracked my crown, it's going to need one sooner than later. Please, if you're main dentist refers you out to someone, just try them instead. The only upside to this is my insurance covered the visit but I will definitely not be going back here. It seems they only utilize patients for the insurance payout. Very disappointing.

The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and modernized. The doctors and dentists are friendly and knowledgable. I am wearing clear aligners now for 3 months and I am loving it. Their schedule is flexible and always on time.

This place is weird...it is operated like a gigantic Amazon factory. There's like thousands of people running all around. But the part that is the worst..is that they are very greedy money hungry people. They will sneak in a lot of other unecessary services to charge insurance companies. They wanted to numb my gums to do a dental cleaning Huhhh" i said No" I've never had another dentist, want to do that. BE CAUTIOUS..AND CAREFUL HERE!!

This place really and truly is awful. They start off nice but they quickly become terrible. The office manager was rude and condescending and made me feel terrible after speaking to her. Some of the techs that worked with me were ok. There was one man I particular who injected me so poorly that he made me cry and then yelled at me for reacting that way. The root canals that I got here earlier in the year are already falling apart. Please don't come here.

I have been to many dental offices. I care a lot about my teeth. I finally chose this place. I have been coming here for 2 years. I bring all my family members here. I trust them with my teeth. Teeth health is essential for overall health as well. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Tan and hygienist Chi have been wonderful. This office is also super clean. I highly recommend this place.

This s my second time come back here as a pt. I needed a crown and dr Tan was gentle very fast making my 2 crowns less than 1 hr. My asistant was Sa and she was great making me comfortable and informative each steps of the way bcz i was pretty nervous. Thank you brookhurstdental for making smile again :) will refer my friends and families here. The place s super clean and smell great which is a bonus.
