Outside of the office, Dr. Cox enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and their daughter Alden. On the weekends you can find him with his family enjoying the outdoors, exercising, going to concerts, and eating great food. The Coxs live in the Brookhaven area and are members of theSt. James United Methodist Church.

Dr. Stanley Cox and his team are amazing! My son had a complex case and Dr. Cox not only did an amazing job, but according to the implant specialist, he nailed it. This office is always very on top of scheduling, and organized. The portal for payment is easy to use. Dr Cox got me out of my treatment on time, and without any major challenges. I am now getting cosmetic dentistry done after getting out of my braces and would recommend Dr Cox for anyone wanting a happy smile!

We love Brookhaven Orthodontics and my children love going there which is most important! The waiting room is awesome with a game room, movie room, slide and baby play area. My kids always look forward to going there. All the staff is super friendly and always empathetic to my children's needs. I am very glad we found this place!

They are also taking every necessary precaution, clearly following guidelines and restrictions due to covid- making me feel very safe and comfortable here!! Vey warm and inviting atmosphere. Kids actually like going to dentist not just lobby play area. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and good with kids. Speaking with dentists goes well and never fill like extra treatments are being shoved onto me. They make our visits easy and painless. Absolutely love this place!!!!!!!!

Dr Cox and staff did such a wonderful job with my son. From the first evaluation, through his two years in braces, ending today with braces off! I have been a patient of Dr. Cox since this year February 2021 (now 7 months). I had a severe open bite and have been so insecure about my smile for yeeeaarrrss! Meeting Dr. Cox day 1 was AMAZING! He was so kind, patient, caring, & very understanding. I love Dr. Cox and his staff are THE BEST! They are so upbeat and always smiling. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I'm glad I chose Dr. Cox to be my Ortho-God! I will recommend him to anyone in Atlanta,GA.
