I had an absolute fear of dentists. Not anymore!!! The level of patience and kindness I received is off the charts. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. It's comforting to know that I don't need to be afraid. Thank you!!!

The nurses there are terrible we wrent greeted when coming in, when it came down to getting our cleaning done, the sharp utensils they use are very sharp and if not used correctly they hurt a lot, the nurse kept jabbing the utensil into my gum and i had scars all of the gum line and every time i brush for past 3 days blood gushes out, tons of blood came oujt during appointment and service is terrible

we had a change of dental providers at work . i had to pick a new dentist and brook forest had great reviews . so i went with brook forest . i was blown away at how polite and professional the dental hygienist was . i was only there for my cleaning but the dentist was also very professional and not pushy and polite . my hygienist keep me informed and made sure i was not in pain etc through the entire process . she took a lot of time cleaning my teeth and did the best job hands down any provider has ever done . these guys rock thank you for doing your job the right way !!!!!!!! highly recommend !

Dr. Otto and his staff are WONDERFUL! They are very kind, patient, understanding, fully explain everything and never let you feel uncomfortable! Our family loves going to him and we wouldn't want to change that! 1000% him and his staff are excellent! I recommend him to anyone!
