Always enjoy my visits, very informative and thorough. The only suggestion I have is to play a movie or Law & Order on the TV's in the exam rooms for a little distraction.

Dr Rachel ruined my tooth nr. 19 - it was cemented and then the crown was cut- TWICE. Dr Shah eventually fixed it (the third time) and announced me my tooth will be compromised Also, dr Rachel and put a filling on my front tooth not good enough for a cow. At my cleaning dr shah ignored it, pretended there's nothing wrong and I had exposed dentin, says my new dentist I had to switch dentists and my new dentist couldn't believe the notes - they show a lot about the treatment at Brookfield Grimaces. (I wish I could post the notes- when they say margins closed they could be 1-2mm open .)
