I wish I could give zero starts but the least I can do is one. I have been a patient of Ameena Chimata for over a year. I came into the dental office hoping to get a tooth removed, but she recommended that I get a root canal and crown. After 12 trips and driving 100 miles each time, my tooth problem became even worse. She failed to properly do a root canal and my crown kept shifting and was collecting food. I am in a lot of pain. After exhausting all of my insurance resources she still failed to fix the crown and wanted me to pay out of pocket for a "grinding teeth problem", which I don't have. After that she suggested that I should go see another dentist and remove the tooth when I told her to remove it in the beginning. I would never recommend anyone to go to this dentist and I hope nobody faces the same experience I had with her.

I am very pleased with this place, I have been coming here for the past two years, the doctors and all the staff are very professional and always willing to answer any questions, wouldn't trade my dentist for anyone.

My cousin visited this clinic, and they almost killed her. She finally end up going to the emergency. Not recommended for anyone at all. The doctor give her too much anesthesia.

I am glad I made the decision to try this practice out. The office staff were friendly, the dental assistants were very professional and the hygienist & doctor were all very good at their jobs. The office was about to add me in last minute and accommodate my needs. While treating me, they took the time explain and work on my teeth without any rush. Their handwork and bedside manner was immaculate. I have no qualms about recommending my family and friends to go here.

Worst place ever to go. After setting up an appointment for general cleaning Abdul the higeanist than in reality was the manager did an xray and was asking me to do another xray with extra charge to see what they can do to me. I'd explain that today all I need is an general cleaning but anyway we can see for the future what we can do. I didn't do the xtra xray. The doctor show up and she checked me and I asked her to do the cleaning and she say no you have to do wat we sugest to you. And they print out an estimate wich i signed TOTALY DISAPPOINTED. At the main time I paid the bill without getting what i was there to do. The receptionist asked me why and I explain that gently. Abdul show up with a high tone and I say to him gently that I'm done with you. Again he reised the voice saying to me that he was the manager and I say to him with the same tone that I'm done with you. He wanted to call the police to intimidate me and left. Be aware from this people

I visited this clinic a couple of times for my tooth, they are very careless, the clinic is lacking hygiene and the doctors are very unprofessional

booked an appointment for my sister who lives with special needs. They assured us that they could accommodate her 5 days prior when I walked in sat down and spoke to them about her needs and if they have dealt with special needs cases. When we came in on appointment day after waiting and the employees deliberating on what to do and not taking a quality needs analysis they informed us they couldn't help us. When stating reasons why they couldn't help us at location they mentioned all the previous things they originally said they could accommodate 5 days ago!

I have been going to Brookefield Dental for a my past few visits and they have been immaculate and treat me like family. They let me know what the next steps always are and keep me informed with the health of my dentures. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great family dentist

The best dental visit I've ever made very knowledgeable dentist that truly cares for his patient. He explains every step of your visit in detail. If you have fear/phobia going to a dentist this is the place for you. You will be amazed how gentle and caring the doctor is. Thank you guys!

called Brookfield Dental Associates however the doctor did not take the appointment, we had such high hopes for a professional doctor to honor their visiting hours. We will never visit this place...stay away

Great experience, First off, being able to schedule on the phone it was very easy. I requested an appointment time, it was confirmed and I received reminders about my appointment up to the day of. When I arrived the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful-great customer service During my treatment the Raul hygienist was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and explained all steps of my treatment, as I was being seen, which I sincerely appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone. Totally agree with all the other great reviews.

The office staff needs to be replaced, I called to ask for insurance information and the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude. Called again to speak to the management and that was even worse. Do not go to this place. The doctor is awesome and the back staff but the office manager and the lady at the front desk are horrible people with no knowledge whatsoever when it comes to insurance and treatment coordination. Stay away.

If you go here you will have more problems than what you came with. I spent my entire winter break in their office. The female doctor did a root canal that wasnt shaved down properly and I had to go back to fix it, now a few years later it has more problems and I have to see a specialist. She also overfilled a cavity that chipped my real tooth. The staff is horrible! I booked an appointment and they called me to tell me they had to cancel it since they do not work that day... then why schedule me in the first place. They called me 20 mins before my appt to tell me they had to cancel since I didnt confirm (keep in mind i didnt get a single call from them and they normally blow up my phone) Extremely unprofessional and rude and disrespectful, they made me sit there and argue with them and go back and forth on whether or not they called me to confirm.. i made the appt multiple times and they kept cancelling and then blamed it on me for not confirming. no other doctor does half the things they did. half the assistants working there dont know how to do their job either. Overall a horrible experience. I wish i had stopped going before but i was not able to find a different doctor that covered my insurance. They ruined my teeth and gave me 10 more problems. I am not the only one who has had this experience, this dentist is known for messing up peoples teeth, i dont know how they still have their license to practice. the entire staff needs to be replaced they were so rude to me both over the phone and in person telling me they had to cancel cause they thought i would not show up. Very bad experience, never going back. Be aware of these scammers
