Even though I would love to rate this dentist higher. I arrived at their office today with a broken tooth and I left with it being unresolved!!! They don't do Cerac crowns so I had to be willing to wait 3 wks for a crown. Which I couldn't because of travel. They weren't willing to put a temporary in either???? So I left the way I came in. Probably a few hundred in !!!they took all sorts of x rays and pictures. But no results!!!! Very disappointing. Plus they left me in the lurch. Didn't call around to any other dentists to see if they could help me.

My first visit here and will not be the last. I have found my new dentist after relocating. The two receptionists were awesome very pleasant! The doctor and hygienist were also great! I left the office with pearly whites! I am very happy. Thank you

I cannot say enough positive things about Brooker Creek Dental Group. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dental assistants to Dr Teresi, is friendly, kind, personable, empathetic, and they seem to genuinely care. I have been seeing Dr Teresi for years, and she has really helped me to overcome my anxiety about going to the dentist, (I had a very bad experience at the dentist when I was a teenager that caused a lot of unnecessary fears). I no longer dread going to the dentist thanks to her patience and her ability to put people at ease. I would highly recommend Brooker Creek Dental.

I have a new smile thanks to Dr. Berger and staff at Brooker Creek Dental Group! As a senior citizen with discolored teeth, older crowns and periodontal surgery it was important to me to restore my smile to a youthful and healthy appearance. Dr. Berger is a caring and gentle dentist who is exacting and precise in his cosmetic details. He worked personally with the laboratory to ensure my smile is better than I anticipated. Every detail is attended to - even ensuring my bite is comfortable and functional. I am very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Dr Berger and his staff for all your dental needs at Brooker Creek Dental Group.

I had my first cleaning today. Dawn did great and explained everything to me as we went through x-rays and cleaning. Great Experience! I would recommend the Brooker Creek Dental Group.

As a former Dental Assistant in Lancaster County, PA, I understand the dynamics of oral hygiene, diagnosing existing problems and treating a patient with respect, compassion and honesty. No one enjoys going to the dentist...especially when the hygienist and dentists main objective is to "make money". The hygienist that I had was very rough placing the X-Ray films in my mouth, causing bruising and cuts in my gums; was insistent upon me having a fluoride treatment (unnecessary after 18 years of age). When Dr Burger came in for the examination, his main goal was to try and find anything possible to come up with a "treatment plan" for me. Of course he wanted to replace amalgam fillings, and suggested I need some crowns replaced! Being an assistant, and working for a fantastic dentist back home, I am educated enough to know when my oral health is not a priority. Their bottom line is "sales". I will NOT return to this office again. No way, no how!!!

Dr Teresi and Caylin were amazing! They always take the time to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed and they create personal connection that makes me feel like family. I would not trust anyone else.
