Veneers are used to address issues like stains, chips, and discolored teeth, and can also improve a crooked tooth or teeth that are at an unwanted length or size. Jessica has been with Brook West Family Dentistry since 2007. She attained her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2002. Jessica was born and raised in Hutchinson, Minnesota and lived there until moving to Minneapolis for college. She is married with three children at home and three grown step sons. Her hobbies and interests include gardening, biking, cooking, fitness, and nutrition. Some interesting facts about Jessica: she started the recycling program at Brook West Family Dentistry, she is trying to learn Spanish, and fellow hygienist G was a classmate in dental hygiene school!

You probably know him simply as G. Meet Gennadiy! He is a Licensed Dental Hygienist and has been in the field of dentistry since receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2002. G grew up in Belarus (in the former U.S.S.R), before moving to the United States in 1996. G has lived in Maple Grove with his wife and 2 daughters since 2003. His favorite hobbies, outside of teeth, are spending time with family and running. G is also bi-lingual. If you would like to practice your Russian, talk to G!

Rebecca is a Licensed Dental Hygienist for Brook West Family Dentistry. She has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years. Prior to that, she worked as a dental assistant for 5 years. In fact, she is still a Licensed Dental Assistant, as well as Dental Assisting National Board Certified. Rebecca graduated with high honors from high school, dental assisting school, and hygiene school.

Rebecca was born in Montana, but has spent most of her life in Minnesota. She grew up in Belle Plaine and currently lives in Maple Grove with her husband Mike, 3 daughters; Alexis, Kiera, Gabriella, and their beagle named Denver. Rebecca loves spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, traveling, and watching plays at local theatres.

Rebecca also enjoys volunteer work. She has participated in oral health screenings for the Special Olympics, assisted at Sharing and Caring Hands, and performed hygienist responsibilities for Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile.

Anna was born in Colombia and was adopted by her parents at a young age. She grew up in Minnesota, and currently resides in Coon Rapids with her wife Allie and daughter Emma. When Anna isnt working, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her cats (Uno and Reese), watching movies, traveling, and listening to music. She has worked in dentistry before, but most recently, she was a preschool teacher before joining our team. She is happy to be a part of the Brook West family, and is looking forward to meeting everyone.

Gosheng spent the first few years of her childhood growing up in North Carolina but has been in Minnesota ever since; she currently resides in Ramsey. She attended Minneapolis Community and Technical College and graduated in December of 2017, where she received her degree in dental assisting.

If you are a patient of Dr. David Domaas, chances are that you have met Cindie. She is a Licensed Dental Assistant who has been working as treatment assistant to Dr. Domaas for over 30 years! Cindie was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. She and her husband, John, are true dog lovers. Besides playing with her pups, when Cindie is outside of the office, she enjoys reading, camping, and running.

Tracie has been a Licensed dental assistant since graduating from Herzing University in 2006. We have been privileged to have Traci on our Brook West team since 2015. Traci currently lives in a rural area with her husband, as well as her daughter and son. When Traci is not at work, you may find her at her cabin, four wheeling, or attending her childrens sporting events. Traci looks forward to meeting you!

Gina is a Licensed Dental Assistant and treatment assistant to Dr. Eric Wang. Gina has been in the dental field since 2005. She was born and raised in Princeton, Minnesota and now resides in the metro area with her husband, Mike, her daughter, Ella and her 2 sons, Jonah and Jack. Gina is extremely artistic. When she is not working, Gina enjoys drawing, photography, and spending time with her family.

Shauna is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College in Eden Prairie with a degree in dental assisting. She fell in love with dentistry during a mission trip to Africa; there she encountered many patients with dental needs and decided to pursue dental assisting as a result. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is observing how the self-esteem of her patients can rise when they see their new smiles! In her free time, Shauna enjoys spending time at her family cabin in northern Minnesota, where she relaxes and goes four wheeling and fishing.

Anna graduated from Spring Lake Park High School here in Minnesota, and she then went on to earn a degree in dental assisting from ConCorde Career Institute in Minneapolis. Anna loves the field of dental assisting, as she has a passion for helping people and making them smile. When she isnt busy working, Anna enjoys spending time with her family; she has two children named Matthew (11) and Ella (13). Anna also loves going out to eat, seeing live music, and watching the beautiful Minnesota sunsets!

Jen was born in Oregon and raised in California until she was 15yrs old. Minnesota is the 5thstate she has lived in. Colorado is her favorite so far. Jen joined Brook West as Dr. Wangs treatment coordinator in the spring of 2019. She has been in the dental field since 2003. Jen lives in Zimmerman with her loving husband, Justin, his 2 boys, and their 2 Siamese cats, Elly & Coby.

Away from work, Jen enjoys her hobby of birds. She has Eastern Bluebirds that nest in her backyard year after year as well as a variety of many other birds at her feeders. Her other interests include spending time with family and friends, gardening, going on walks, watching movies, dining out, listening to iTunes and relaxing at home.

Susan has been in the dental field for nearly 30 years. Susan was born in Minneapolis and grew up in Crystal. After high school, Susan graduated summa cum laude from Bemidji State University; there she completed a double major in mathematics and computer science and a minor in data processing. Susan and her husband have been residents of St. Michael for over 20 years. She has 2 adult children, 2 granddaughters, and a Bench English Springer Spaniel named Reggie. She loves spending time with her family, baking, sewing, traveling, gardening, wine tasting, and hanging out poolside, enjoying the sun. Fun fact: Susan was a Johnson, even before marrying a Johnson. She has never had to change her last name!

As our new practice manager, she is proud of the genuine concern and care that the Brook West team has for our patients. She believes that care, along with the integrity of our doctors, our technology, and our comprehensive services, is what keeps our patients coming back and referring their friends and family to us. We learn together, and we have fun together, and that comfortable atmosphere is something you will experience when you visit our office.

Angie lives in Elk River with her husband and son. When she is not working, she can be found on the soccer and football fields cheering on her son. They have a family cabin in Walker, MN, and they try to visit as often as time allows in the summer. She truly loves spending time with her family and friends.

Lori has been with Brook West Family Dentistry since 1985! Her first role here was treatment assistant to Dr. John Smith. After wearing many hats, she finally transitioned to treatment coordinator for Dr. David Domaas. Lori attended Winona State University and North Hennepin Community College to earn her degree in dental assisting. Lori is a Licensed Dental Assistant (Dental Assisting National Board Certified) as well as a member of the American Dental Assistants Association.

Lori was born in New York and raised in New Brighton, where she currently lives with her family. Lori stays very busy with a husband and 3 grown children. The last member of the family is a cat named Ringo, who was rescued from the Humane Society. When Lori is not talking teeth, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, gardening, cooking, and entertaining. Lori has a special fondness for board games and puzzles. We dare you to challenge Lori to a game of Scrabble!

Dr. Wang graduated summa cum laude with a double major in chemistry and psychology from the University of MinnesotaDuluth. He then pursued his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He joined Brook West Family Dentistry in 1999. Dr. Wang received the Award of Excellence from the Minnesota Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association.

Dr. Wang continues his training through post-graduate courses, with special focus on aesthetics and full-mouth rehabilitation. He continues this education from renowned institutes including LVI, University of MN, Spear Education, and the Kois Center. Dr. Wang has received specialized training in Lumineers, CEREC technology and implant training with Misch Institute. His post-graduate training includes both didactic lectures and hands-on training.

Dr. Wang has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) since 2012 and was accredited in 2017. The process of gaining AACD accreditation often takes years to accomplish and requires a strong dedication to continuing education, combined with a firm resolve to produce exceptional dentistry. Dr. Wang has now been recently recognized by the AACD in 2021 as an Accredited Fellow Member (FAACD). This is the highest honor obtainable within the Academy. This means that he has successfully completed cosmetic dentistry requirements that meet the accreditation standard of excellence set forth by the American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry, and he has demonstrated a continued ability and sustained commitment to delivering excellence in cosmetic dentistry.

One of his passions has been serving those in need. He has been active in the AACDs Give Back a Smile program and has participated or hosted the American Dental Association program Give Kids a Smile through the years. Through the Minnesota Dental Association, he volunteers at their annual Mission of Mercy and donates free dental care through the Donated Dental Services program.

Other non-profits that Dr. Wang has donated time and energy to include the Union Gospel Mission of St. Paul, the Spear Open Wide Foundation, and Sharing and Caring Hands of Minneapolis. Dr. Wang serves AACDs New Member Relations Committee and is on the board of the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He continues to participate as Visiting Faculty at Spear Education, mentoring others in the profession. He is a graduate of the Kois Center, has a Mastership through the Implant Prosthetic Section of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and is a Fellow of the AGD.

I believe there is always a Better Way to move forward. How I do that is by looking for the right way to get results and Build Relationships. What I bring is a way to contribute and add value to my patients. I am passionate about dentistry because of what it can do for the people. Getting what you want is what I concentrate on.

Max Barsky, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Minnesota with a double major in Chemistry and Human Physiology. He continued on and graduated from the University of Minnesota School or Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Barsky joined Brook West Family Dentistry in 2018.

In pursuit of excellence, Dr. Barsky invests many hours in continuing education through the University of Minnesota, finishing Level I and III of the Comprehensive Esthetic Program. In 2017, Dr. Barsky was awarded Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. This is the most prestigious award that the Academy bestows upon general dentists. In fact, as of today, only 20 dentists in Minnesota have received this award!
