Raised in New Rochelle, NY, Dr. Nyer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yeshiva University in 2006. In 2010 he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After dental school he continued his post-doctoral education training in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, NY.
Dr. Zultowsky is a Pediatric Dentist dedicated to helping young people achieve and maintain superior oral health. He is a skilled clinician and challenges himself to win the trust of every child with his empathy, quick wit, and playful nature.
'Dr. Z' completed his undergraduate education at Bucknell University and later received his dental degree from The New York University College of Dentistry. He then earned a certificate as a Resident in General Dentistry from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then completed his specialty training and received his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.

Dr Randy Zultowsky is amazing! He calmed my son down and his procedure went smoothly. I highly recommend this office. Very little wait time, which is great and all rooms are kid friendly and decorated so nice. The staff are very sweet and I can't say enough about the dentist. Wish I knew about this place sooner! All will children will now be patients there

We had a last minute cancellation with another pediatric dentist appointment. Bronx Kids Pediatric Dentistry was able to accommodate us on such short notice(same day) Do yourself a favor and bring your child here IMMEDIATELY! The staff was so friendly and made us feel at home the second we came inside. Dr. Z was super helpful and nice! My toddler did not cry once. We will definitely be using this practice going forward. Thank you Dr. Z and staff!

My 8 year old, was very pleased with Dr. Z and the staff. When I asked him what he gives 1 bad and 10 amazing. He said a 10 out of 10 mommy. Would you recommend it? he said "YES" We had such a bad experience at our previous dentist, but now we look forward to our 6 month check up.

I just googled to find them. Found thousands of good reviews and took my 5 yo kid. It was a great experience for real. My kid was a bit nervous so she was not cooperating with the doctor or his assistant but they never loose their patience, they stayed calm and kept encouraging her to assist them and finally she did. Super clean and guess what ? No waiting room or waiting time. You get there on time you will be seen right on time. They don't make you wait even for your paperwork. Amazing place for busy parents and kids I will definitely recommend this place to anyone

From my 11 year old son: Amazing dentist! Nice nurses! From me: Dr. Nyer and his staff are wonderful. They are patient, calming, thorough and fast. His bedside manner is fantastic--he has an amazing ability to calm and entertain kids in even the most trying circumstances (e.g., tooth extraction!).

Love how lovely they was .they had my daughter calm and collective and she just turn one years old . They also gave great tips at how to brush your Little's teeth without a hustle -This is 5 years ago They drop to a 1 star because I try every year hoping they will forgive me for missing two appointments ( I was 17 years old depending on a bus and had my parents money to take the trip) not knowing this was a rule they had I didn't even know this was a thing until I called to make an appointment for my daughter for the 3rd time I believe to let her see the doctor and they told me she was basically ban from the dentist place I told them what I don't understand can i please talk to her doctor and she said I will write a note so he can give me a call back and never did it's crazy I really love the place and I really wanted this for her . It's really upsetting and I'm still upset until today and it's been a full five years but I guess they don't care enough to even try to have me and my daughter get a second chance

This place is absolutely amazing! Staff and doctors are kind, friendly, professional and warm. The office space is clean and kid friendly. My son has a sensory issue and isn't too keen with people messing in his mouth, felt so comfortable he even fell asleep in the chair lol

I brought my son there and it was a good initial experience. My son had one appointment that I ended up missing because of the pandemic. My husband made his second appointment and never told me about it, therefore, I missed his second appointment too. No one at the office is understanding of that. When I called to make my sons appointment they dismissed us from the office. I have never in my life heard about this. Turning a child away due to missing appointments?!? How ridiculous! The lady I spoke to hung up the phone on me! UNPROFESSIONAL! Steer clear from this place!

**This review is from a pre-Covid visit but if you're looking for a pediatric dentist with a friendly staff and office, then this place is absolutely worth checking out. Our son's first visit wasn't easy (he had inflamed gums because of a viral infection) and the dentist was gentle and kind. The office (as you can see from the photos) is very inviting. My only tiny disappointment was that there was no changing table or space in the bathroom so my husband had to improvise when it was changing time, but this could have changed since then and did not stop us from scheduling follow ups.

I was going to let it go but ppl keep asking for pediatric dental recommendations and I refuse to refer them here. My first experience was good which is why I returned. All that glitters is not gold. Dr. Z only likes the kids that like the dentist. Boosts his ego. Last and final visit, he was aggressive and impatient with my fearful son. You work with kids you can not behave that way. Idc what kind of day you are having leave it at the door when you enter work or stay home. My son moves a lot when he's nervous and that irritated The dentist. So i left there and have not returned. My son attends a New dentist office that understands his needs and now I don't need to be in the room holding his hand. If it works for you, good but if it doesn't don't say you weren't warned.

I never write reviews however this place deserves it. Best dental practice around. I wish I could get serviced here too lol. All of the staff are bubbly, friendly and professional. I've never had any wait time. The place is sparkling clean and the decor is beautiful and welcoming for children. The hygienist are gentle and talk the children through the process. My son sees Dr. Nyer and he is always fun! We laugh the whole visit. This office is quick and efficient. Not one complaint. Love it here!!!! This place is really a gem.

My daughters love Dr. Z and his staff, they are so good with kids, have patience and understanding if the kids are a little scared at first. They are 5 and 6 and we've been coming her for 3 yrs now.

This has got to be the best pediatric dentist in the Bronx! Its clean, the staff is friendly, and the covid safety guidelines here are top of the notch, amazing! Let us discuss how well they work with children. My daughter suffers from anxiety and had a really bad experience some place else. Dr. Z has a great sense of humor and is thorough with explaining procedures that would benefit the child. He does not push services upon you, which most other dentists do, and provides you with options to select what works for you and your child. My daughter is happy when she leaves, and that is what matters most to me!
