Best friends since meeting in dental school in 1991, Drs. Bromley and Broyles thoroughly love working together. This love for their work permeates every aspect of their office. Patients can tell the minute they walk through the front door that this is not your typical dental office! While the doctors are well educated, skilled practitioners who keep up to date on the latest in dental innovations, they are also both personally invested in the well-being and care of their patients. Our office is not just our place of workit is a place where we take care of our extended family!
Dr. Erin Bromley grew up in Pleasant Hill, MO and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1995. Opening her own office in Lees Summit, MO in 1997, she has established one of the busiest and most respected practices in the Kansas City area. The rapport she established with each of her patients makes everyone feel well cared for. Many of her patients have been with her since her practices inception and they are devoted members of her dental family.
Working in many aspects of the medical and dental fields over the years has given her ability to pass along a wealth of experience and knowledge to her students at Summit Dental Assisting Academy. In particular, her work as a dental assistant for 15 years and as a dental assisting instructor paved her road to dental school and makes her an excellent source of inspiration for those aspiring for careers in dentistry.
With an eye toward advancements and medicine and dentistry, Dr. Bromley is constantly striving to expand her education and experience in an effort to better serve her patients and her community. She is a licensed dental consultant having completed her training and examinations in the area of dental consulting. In her over 20 years of clinical practice, Erin has inspired both patients and students to follow her example and pursue dental careers. She is currently joining her long time best friend, Dr. Aime Broyles, in their new office venture, Summit Integrative Dental. There she aims to bridge the gap between the medical and dental fields.
While spending a majority of her time taking care of her patients, Dr. Bromley is also the Dental Director for the Government Employees Health Association, Co-Director of Summit Dental Assisting Academy, an examiner for the Missouri Dental Association Expanded Function Dental Assistant credentialing examinations, a member of the Fry Orthodontics Smiles for Life program, a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the American Association of Dental Consultants, the American Association of Oral Medicine, the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, and a member of the International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists.
Dr. Aime Broyles attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She participated in the six year combined dental program earning her Bachelor of Arts and doctorate at the same time. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May of 1995 she was selected to complete a one year General Practice Residency program at the Colmery ONeil VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas.
Working as a dental assistant while going through dental school gave Dr. Broyles unique perspective from both sides of the dental chair. Having practiced dentistry since 1995, Dr. Broyles loves her role as Co-Director of the Summit Dental Assisting Academy where she can help prepare young adults for rewarding careers in the dental profession.
Dr. Broyles wears many hats while still focusing most of her energy looking after the many wonderful patient relationships she has built in over 20 years of practice. She is eligible for licensure in Australia, having completed the rigorous task of testing for such by passing both written and clinical boards in Australia. Dr. Broyles is an examiner for the State of Missouri Dental Assisting Expanded Functions Examinations, she is a full time General Practice dentist and is a consultant performing claims review analysis. She stays current on new technologies and developments in the dental field while constantly expanding her knowledge base in order to better serve her patients. She is a member of the Fry Orthodontic Smiles For LIfe Board providing free orthodontic and dental services for those children in need. Aime is also embarking on a new adventure with her long time best friend, Dr. Erin Bromley. Opening a new office, Summit Integrative Dental, a practice dedicated to bridging the gap between medicine and dentistry.
Dr. Broyles is a member of the Missouri Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Dental Consultants, the American Association of Oral Medicine, the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and the International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists.
Dr. Broyles lives in Olathe,KS and thoroughly enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two children. Aime loves gardening, decorating, cooking and is trying to master grilling without burning her house down.

Each of our dental assistants has completed advanced training through the State of Missouri and they are all certified Expanded Function Dental Assistants. We feel this provides an extra level of competence and care that all of our patients deserve. Our team has experience ranging from 1 to 28 years with many of our employees having been with us for over 10 years!
We provide a FUN, safe and clean environment for our patient family and staff. The most important member of our team is YOU and we consider it a great privilege that you have placed your trust and confidence in us! After all, A smile is always in style!

I have taken my 13 yr old son here as he is somewhat of a difficult case and has been dealt some bad genetics combined with being a boy and not caring for his teeth as he should always. He wasn't looked down upon or scolded, but some suggestions were made and he also needed a mouthful of fillings. Dr. Broyles has been wonderful in doing the fillings as my son has a hard time numbing. My son has also been encouraged and is now taking far better care of his teeth than I could ever make him. I am happy with the care he is receiving at this office and would definitely recommend them. Office staff has also been kind and respectful!

I've always been self conscious of my teeth and picky of my dentists but everyone in this office is incredible! They are so sweet and funny and honestly all of the dread I had around going to the dentist has vanished. Please go here, I can't praise them enough. I live out of state and STILL go back for them.

Bromley and Broyles is by far the best overall dental experience I have ever had! I am a consistent patient for a cleaning every six months and have also needed some sensitive work done stemming from an injury many years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Aime Broyles for over 3 years now and she is the absolute BEST! Not only is her attention to detail impeccable, her extensive knowledge and years of experience in the industry along with her compassion, clear communication and caring energy is unmatched. The office is not only beautiful, warm and inviting but safety protocols and health standards are top priority at all times. The office team | staff are extremely professional and make each office visit beyond enjoyable. Dr. Bromley and Dr. Broyles are the best! I felt very safe at my first COVID-era cleaning visit, from waiting in my car until the staff was ready for me to the new piece of equipment that helps to "suction" aerosols once the ultrasonic cleaning and polishing start. We've been coming to this practice for over 20 years. Dr Erin Bromley & Dr Amy Broyles take great care in knowing their patients. They make your visit comfortable & we usually have a little fun (who knew). The office staff is easy to work with and understanding when it comes to scheduling and payments. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
