Doctor Bowman is a native of Ft Walton Beach having attended all 3 local schools- Kenwood, Pryor, and Choctaw. After graduating from Choctaw in 1989, he attended both the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida where he played soccer for the University club teams and surfed competitively in the National Scholastic Surfing Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida as a member of the National Honor Society and was selected to attend dental school at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida.
He completed both his D.M.D and Orthodontic Residency with Highest Honors from Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine in 2003 and 2005, respectively. Dr. Brodie spent the next 3 years serving as an Orthodontist in the USAF. He was stationed at Yokota AB outside Tokyo, Japan for 2 years and finished his military service at Keesler AFB, in Biloxi, Mississippi as Chief of Orthodontic Services. After separation from the USAF, Dr. Brodie settled next to the slopes in Denver, Colorado where he joined a group practice and helped build 3 additional offices during the 5 years he practiced in Colorado.
Traci is our new patient/treatment coordinator. She joined Dr. Bowman in 1992. She is married with two beautiful daughters and two granddaughters. When Traci is not helping Dr. Bowman creating beautiful smiles, she enjoys boating, cooking and cheering on the FSU Seminoles! Traci looks forward to helping you achieve a beautiful and healthy new smile!
Erin graduated from Northwest Florida State College Dental Assisting Program in 2003. Having been familiar with Dr. Bowmans personal orthodontic experience before, she joined the team in 2004. Erin graduated from Niceville High School where she met her husband, and they have two beautiful daughters. Erin enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer is our Patient Coordinator and takes special attention in welcoming every patient. Happily married with two children, she enjoys being outdoors, watching football and traveling around the beautiful Emerald Coast. Jennifer loves to see the proud smiles of our patients when they are done with treatment.

Dr. Bowman was so kind, helpful and patient. The staff is amazing, sweet, funny, and always take their time to answer all my questions! Great care without pushing unneeded treatments. They have been so awesome working with us through the process of getting my daughters braces!

Dr. Brodie was really awesome with my daughters braces - his work made her smile perfect and gave her a lot more confidence - she really liked the patient reward card. Highly recommend him - he's a kind, personable, intelligent man and he makes smiles brighter -

I rarely ever leave reviews, and I'm doing so in the parking lot after my appointment. They are just honesty such a special group of people. I was so worried that they were going to give me a hard time about straying from treatment plan as I've been navigating nausea through my pregnancy and Instead they only offered support and suggestions. So happy I chose to go here. You won't see them for months and as soon as you walk in they act like they've known you for forever. Wonderful staff, and great Dr.

I came to this practice when I was a young teenager and have been so blessed to bring two of my children here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always makes us feel welcome. Dr Bowman has done a great job of helping my kids have smiles they love. Thank you!

I'm really glad I chose Bowman Orthodontics. Getting braces as an adult was important to me but also something I dreaded. I had the absolute best possible experience with Dr. Bowman and his staff. They have the nicest, most caring people in the business. The treatment was as easy as could be expected. I especially like how they explain what's going on and what the goals are with each appointment. They exceeded my expectations from day one. Thank you!!

So glad I chose Bowman Orthodontics! I got my adult braces on and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. They were able to fit me into their schedule fast and I had no concerns by the time I left! I definitely recommend everyone to give them a chance, everyone in the office is super fun and have such an open mind with you!

I am here on a travel assignment as an ICU. Experiencing an emergency with my retainer was upsetting. Dr. Bowman, Melissa and Tracy made my experience wonderful. I was able to get a retainer in less than 24 hours. Thank so much to the entire staff. Missy Clark RN
