Dr. Dan Branson is a 2014 graduate from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. His treatment philosophy is to customize care to meet individual patient needs, optimizing that persons oral health. Patients comment how Dr. Branson is very personable, friendly, gentle, and takes time to listen to questions and concerns.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Branson has dedicated himself to go above and beyond continuing education requirements. In doing so he stays up to date on treatment recommendations and technology. He is proficient in restorative care, root canals, extractions, implants, pediatric dentistry, geriatric dentistry, and preventive care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Greater Dane Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Branson is married to his wife Kelsey. Together they have two children and a dog Reggie. Dr. Branson is an avid runner having completed 4 marathons. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, golfing, skiing, travel, and sports. Dr. Branson is involved locally by with Brodhead Chamber of Commerce, and is a past director. He is also a member of the Lions Club, Optimists, and Jaycees. Dr. Branson has sponsored multiple youth sporting events, the Twilight in the Park concert series, and local festivals such as Covered Bridge Days, Family Fest, Autumnfest, and Fire and Ice. Dr. Branson and his family are happy to call southern Wisconsin home.

Brodhead Dental Clinic has been serving the needs of the community for over 30 years. It was started by Drs. Julio and Marissa Rodriguez in 1983. Dr. Branson purchased the office in 2017, and looks forward continuing an excellent level of service and support to the community for another 30+ years

I never give one stars. Front desk staff needs to be taught on how to speak to patients. They don't understand insurance. It may be a "curtesy" to bill insurance, but when your system fails a billing you don't just charge a patient. You look into it. **Update! Roni the office manager listened to my concerns with how the conversation went with her front desk staff. Due to this conversation I will not be transferring my daughter's care to another dentist. And I'll be transferring my records here as well.

I had cracked some teeth and my dentist had recently retired. Was referred here by friends and had a great experience! Responded immediately and process of getting set up as a new patient was quick and painless ! Very gentle with extraction and listened to issues with previous jaw and TMJ issues. Made it an awesome process for a person who hates going to the dentist! Gave me this bite thing to help relax my jaw was the first time anything like that was offered. Very thorough explanation of follow up care needed and care at home for healing. 1000% recommend !!! So glad to find quick help in an emergency situation with never being a patient there before! All staff was very helpful and efficient! Thank you!

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Branson and was a pleasant experience. The exrays and cleaning went very well. The dental technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Took nearly 9 weeks and 4 visits to have 1 tooth extracted, and 5 fillings done. 3 of the 5 fillings i had done broke apart and fell out within 2 weeks, earliest they claimed they could get me in to fix the issue was 3+ weeks down the road, which is a complete and utter joke. I was forced to go to a more experienced dentist in Monroe so they could fix the mistakes they made. It was a terrible experience all around. They charged me $1200+ for the bothced work they performed, and still to this day are unwilling to refund me any of my $, or even return my phone calls/emails. My new dentist recommends i take legal action against them, but frankly it's not worth my time. I'm just happy the pain is finally gone.

Went there for the first time with my kids and the staff was amazing. Best dental appointment I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Dr. Dan doesn't push procedures on you, he is willing to talk with you about the next steps if any are necessary.

Great dentist to bring the whole family. Very friendly staff and comforting environment. Dr. Branson was great and showing me visuals of my teeth, so I know where to focus on when I brush to prevent a cavity. Very satisfied and looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!

Procedures are quick & painless & Dr. Branson does a great job explaining what he is doing, why he is doing it & what to expect moving forward. Excellent experience again at the Brodhead Dental Clinic. I was having some discomfort with a tooth, the assistant answered all my questions, even offering models of a variety of treatment options and Dr Branson checked out the problem and solved it in a quick and simple fashion. Exactly the type of experience we all want at the dentist!
