Wonderful Clinic to get your dental work done. In this pandemic time they follow safe and sound protocol that make you feel comfortable and satisfied during your entire visit. When you call them for appointment the staff is very cordial and explain everything in detail how a patient will be checked in, treated.

They were the first dentist to see my daughter back in 2015 when she was almost two, We left and moved to Longview and now we are back. The staff is still awesome and Elexa loved them.

I have been taking my kids to Broadway Smiles for over 5 years and they love it here ! The ladies at the front desk are all very nice and helpful with anything you need. Blanca always does a great job when cleaning my kids teeth. Dr. Shetty always makes sure my kids are ok/calm and that they know what she's gonna do to their teeth. The ladies here have never had my kids worried or scared of going to the dentist (Big win for me). This office is great. I highly recommend Dr. Shetty and the team at Broadway Smiles!

Great staff! Sarai is the main reason I chose this Dentist's Office. She is fantastic!!!! Every time I speak with her, she is super sweet, helpful, and has such a comforting vibe. Management, Please take care of her. Sarai is such an amazing asset to your office! Also, the Doc is great :-)

Well my daughter was having a lot pain with a repair that didn't last as long as it was supposed to. Insurance wasn't wanting to cover the costs. Broadway smiles repaired the problem anyway. We are very Thankful . No more pain.

Awesome place! I had my first root canal done here at Broadway smiles a few days ago. The receptionists are super friendly and very helpful. The Doc who did my RC was super super sweet, comforting, and the pain was almost non-existent. I could honestly write a gushy 50-page book on how great my experience was @ Broadway Smiles. I went in anxious and scared but left Happy and Pain free. Broadway Smiles has my business for life! Thank you Broadway Smiles!

Arrived 10 minutes early to appointment to fill out new patient paperwork and covid survey. Told on phone to just pull up and someone will come out with paperwork. Pulled up, no one came out. Called and let them know we arrived. Texted survey. Returned survey within 3 minutes. Then nothing. Waited for 30 minutes called and asked if we were supposed to stay in the car, because we saw a man enter without a mask. Big sign on door you must be wearing a mask. Man and kids going in and out of door with out mask. I get the kids but not the man. Called again and let them know we were waiting and they said "Yeah, just for a moment." It had been much longer than a moment. So I cancelled the appointment. I cannot tell you about anything else. The facility, the dentist, the procedure. But their front end customer service is terrible and it appears to be a cattle call. They make their money running kids in and out. Too bad, could have used a close dentist. But, since we moved to this area...I will tell you this is the norm not the exception. Especially in Sulphur Springs. UPDATE: 11/11 Spoke with the office and the excuse was "Covid" induced staffing shortage. To which my comment is "You have been under Covid restrictions since July and you don't have the kinks worked out yet?" I stand by my original review.

Absolutely horrible front desk service. I called several times and they kept leaving me on hold. The one that answer the phone did not want to provide me with her name and she put me on hold everytime i asked her. Very rude.

Great place, all the stuff is friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this place, plus they have bilingual personnel.
