worst dental experience ever, I went for a cleaning and she literally only polished the right side of my mouth, my bib was soaking wet and when I asked her if she's not gonna floss my teeth she said "we don't do that here" ...?

Worse dental experience! Not sanitary at all. She insisted I'd need a filling which I've never had in my life and began to perform the service which I never asked for. She had already started to drill in my tooth. Seemed a little suspicious when she had to drill a hole when a hole was suppose to already be there if I had cavities. She then said that she's going to book the "services" I had today for two days. One for cleaning and one for filling, in order for her to get paid properly for work that was incomplete and not requested. Sounds like insurance scam to me. The cleaning was pretty short and unsatisfactory. The seat was covered in the previous person's sweat and hair juices. The water tasted like bleach! The little chips for the X-ray are reused! This seems like a money centered place rather than an actual dental office that cares.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to make an exception. Let's start with the staff. Great customer service and very professional. However, the highlight of my visit was my interaction with Dr. Pushpa Naik. Dr. Pushpa Naik, took the time to answer all of my questions regarding dental health providing me with the necessary tools needed to improve my oral health. The educational component of the visit was what I valued most. Doc keep up the great work!

I had a dental problem appear out of nowhere on Thanksgiving. Called multiple dentists who wanted to "get me in for a cleaning" and then set up something for my actual problem down the road... Despite only being in for paperwork, Broadway Smiles saw me the next day and helped me out, even charging less than a regular visit since they identified and fixed my issue quickly. More medical practices should be like this!

I DONT MINE THIS DENTIST BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS BUT MY SON HAD A problem WITH HIS TEETH AND MY Daughter WITCH IS 12 HAD TO TELL THE DENTIST ABOUT THAT AND I MEAN IF YOU LOOK IN MY SON MOUTH EVERY 6 MONTH YOU DONT THINK THAT YOU WOULD HAD noticed THE problem

Work there for two days and noticed how rude the Dr was very rude to patients and coworkers she doesn't treat anyone with kindness very unprofessional !!!!!! Don't bother going here it is pointless very very unprofessional they need to cancel her license

These guys are money hungry crooks, i went in for a simple cleaning , they insisted i do x-rays which wasnt a big deal but then they suggested a deep cleaning which they charged me for and never performed the service, they said they would give me a call to schedule but never did. Stay away from these theives. They only want your money. Zero stars

Worst experience EVER!!! RUDE and INCONSIDERATE service. Both the staff and the dentist gave me the run around, and what makes it worse is they don't do follow up calls and treat you like you're an annoyance when you're in need of services. For some reason, they were the only one to have an issue with my insurance (I guess my insurance must had an issue with them) and I ended up waiting a month unnecessarily with them with no services received other than an x-ray. Happily, I was able to get services with another dentist asap with my insurance without any issues!!! Looking for a dentist, I suggest to go anywhere but here - the dentist and staff isn't worth the trip and I guarantee you will have an issue with the attitude of the staff. Avoid the annoyance and the lack of empathy from this dental office.

Horrible service. Rude Dr. I scheduled an appointment and was told my insurance was fine. It was the third time I had been there so I thought everything was fine upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment only to be told I would have to pay 150 dollars upfront and then get a check mailed to me later as reimbursement from my insurance company. The Doctor acted annoyed and I did not receive any service because they just told me I wasn't in the network. I was disgusted and appalled at the whole situation and how it was handled. I would never ever think about going back and would suggest others stay away. Extremely rude Dentist.
