An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Dr. Hanna is absolutely wonderful. He always takes the time to do talk with me and actually listen to what I'm saying. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and just wants to help. Wonderful dentist.

Dr. Hanna listens to concerns and offers suggestions but you never feel like you're being duped or being told you need something you don't. The tech and hygienist were also kind and listened to concerns.

This place is amazing they saw me the same day I called about wisdom tooth pain, and I had surgery the next day to remove my wisdom teeth. The receptionist at the front desk was super helpful and really nice, and the woman that helped me schedule my surgery was incredibly nice and went out of her way to find time to get me in, all well still handling other patients. 100% recommend this place.

The hygienists rush through cleanings and I never feel like they do a thorough enough job. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled for May that I had made 6 months prior (in November). They called me two days before my scheduled appointment to let me know that they didn't have enough hygienists available and they needed to reschedule. Which would have been fine, if the next available appointment wasn't this upcoming NOVEMBER. I went to a different dentist.

New patient, recently moved and after calling many places that had 1-2 month wait lists and Broadway Smiles got me in within a day. I saw their reviews and experienced none of the issues I read about. They even called me to move my appt. earlier (which concerned me at first) but I had zero issues. Very sweet and personable front desk staff and I have just had an extremely positive first appointment here.

I had an appointment scheduled for six months. Three days before the appointment I was sent an email confirming the appointment. I got there five minutes early only to find out that my appointment was cancelled! There was no explanation as to why it was cancelled!

You should call ahead of your appointments to make sure they are still scheduled. I verified my appointment a week out and arrived to be told it was canceled and they couldn't do anything for me. They lied about contacting me. I took time off and drove over there to be treated as invaluable after going there for two years.

This review is not for the dentist of the hygienist because actually both of them I really liked. This is review is for whoever is in charge of appointments and scheduling. Couple of months ago I arrive at to my appointment and am told I no longer have an appointment although I had made it months in advance. I was told I didn't confirm the appointment but actually showed them the email where I did most certainly confirm the appointment. I was a bit puzzled why they would just cancel appointments without telling me and was advised going forward they would mark I preferred to be contacted email as I work and didn't want to miss a call from them. Fast forward to my next appointment.... It was today. Earlier in the week they were calling me multiple times which was somewhat annoying as I was trying to work, and we had previously discussed email being preferred contact. I took off work give them a callback and was asked could I move my 11 appt to 1130 for today. I said sure, no problem. Today I show up and again there is not appt. I guess something happened after that and again they cancelled and failed to actually notify me, so I wasted another day only to get there and be sent away. Although I really like the dentist I will have to change because I can't quit working to take their multiple calls and they may cancel without notice at any time. The lady said she was sorry, but this is twice in a row this has happened and very unprofessional. My time is important and a simple email or even voice mail saying you cancelled my appointment rather than having me drive over and wait is unacceptable

I had the absolute best experience @ Broadway Smiles. Dr. Latif is incredible! I hadn't been to the dentist in more years than I am proud to admit but the whole crew there was super kind which made me feel at ease. Everyone, starting with reception - to the wonderful technicians- to my hygienist Francisco , were STELLAR! I can't believe I am saying this about a dentist office, but I can't wait to go back! Thank you all!!

Love this place, I had filling fall out and they got me in fast. All the other places I called it was going to be at least week before I could get in. I ended up needing a crown and I really like that a root canal wasn't pushed on me and I was not talked down too or made to feel bad about the status of my tooth. It really wasn't something I could see since it was going bad under the filling but they addressed the issue i had and the others I wanted to addresses without trying to sell me more.. they were so nice about having to make me new temp crowns because I kept breaking them and always got me in right away. Prices are good, staff is excellent. I am very picky about who I go and I will be going back to them for future dental needs.

I had my first visit here on 12/13/2020 with Dr. Hannah for a cavity filling. I was extremely impressed with ALL staff. From Dara at the front desk, the dental hygienist (sorry I forgot your name), and to all the dental assistants especially Tara and Michele. Everyone was relaxed, nice, and eager to do a good job. I felt really taken care of. This dentist office will walk you through EXACTLY what you will be paying for. I appreciated that since I was nervous of the money I'd be paying out of pocket. I can't say this enough: If you hate the dentist, this is the dentist office for you. I walked out loving having my teeth taken care of. They are always accepting new patients! 10/10 would recommend

I had some crowns done over this past summer and on Christmas day 2020 one of the fell of as my tooth broke. I'm not sure if they didn't notice when they did x-ray that this tooth had a root canal and it was weak but decided to put a crown on it. I'm so mad, disappointed and furious that I spent so much money to now have to spend more money somewhere else to get an implant to get the expensive crown back on. I won't be smiling now since is in the front. Thanks alot Broadway smiles. My best Christmas ever so far.

These guys are great! I had an emergency and they got me in before noon the same day and within a couple hours i was headed home. No soreness the next day and no ridiculous bill. They take the time to inform you of your options and genuinely care. Dr Mari, Tara and the rest of the staff are the best!

Friendly and helpful, good quality work. Dr Hanna is the best! The front desk ladies know me by name and are super nice! The insurance billing specialist (forgot her name, sorry!) was also very helpful she explained everything to me before doing any unauthorized procedures like some reviews claim. (and had me sign that I understood them)

If the front office staff are an example of how this office works then, we will be finding a new dentist. This is out first time here! If you don't explain how your procedures work then how do expect new patients to know. Not my fault your too busy on the phones! Not a good first visit...

I had not been to a dentist in about 6 years due to no insurance. I went to another place first to a get a price on a cleaning and filling. Old filling feel out. The other place wanted 3200 cause I have no insurance. Did not qualify for that places discount plan or their insurance plan. Went to Broadway smiles and saw Dr Hanna . He was great and walked my through everything. got a price of 1800 that was for the cleaning and filling and a new mouth guard. I signed up for the help plan they have there and got it for 850. The staff was great. Answered all my question was very friendly. I will be going back there and recommend this place, Dr Hanna, and Fransico for the cleaning. Dora was great in helping with joining there plan and informing me about all the payment plan information. A big thank you to everyone at Broadway Smiles
