Called to make an appointment and whomever answered the phone was incredibly rude and snapped that the office was closed then why answer the phone in the first place (this was 1:20 in the afternoon). They definitely won't be getting my business.

We have had 2 separate appointments with this office to have my daughters wisdom teeth out and both appointments have been canceled morning of....unreliable!

What a great experience I had surgery in the morning and went to work later that night. Clean environment with great hospitality. Highly recommend Broadway oral... Aaron V. Was my surgeon.

I have had extensive dental procedures in the past but have rarely been treated with the level of professionalism and compassion exhibited by Dr. Vafakos! When have YOU ever been thanked for being a good patient, I was by Dr. Vafakos. He never rushed, explained everything and even apologized for the sound of the instrument- Honestly, I barely heard anything! His care and concern were so authentic, it made me feel like I was being treated by a member of the family! I have had ok experiences with oral surgeons and even one horrific experience. This was, hands down, the VERY BEST!!

Dr. Smith was great with my son who had his wisdom teeth out. He was calm and respectful of my son who has autism. He checked on him the day after personally. I liked him enough that my other son is going to see him for his wisdom teeth!!

I called to schedule an appointment and was greeted by Valerie who spoke in a very hurried tone. I even asked her if she was getting ready to close because her answers were flat and Fast. I was trying to get an idea how to prepare for surgery and she answered me very vaguely and rudely. I will not be scheduling with this office!

I was extremely nervous about having to get my wisdom teeth removed. Not because of Dr. Smith but because I have had 9 teeth pulled prior to meeting Dr. Smith. It did not always go smoothly hence my reservations for getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Smith's employees did a fantastic job explaining to me the procedure and what they were going to do. Dr. Smith also took time to speak to me about details of the wisdom teeth removal including what to expect afterwards. I went in for my removal and the staff was very caring and not just going through emotions. They set everything up and before I knew it my wisdom teeth were removed. Dr. Smith did an amazing job and it was about as pain free as possible for having wisdom teeth removed. Not only do I highly recommend their office for any removal, I will be referring anyone I speak to them in the future. That is how high of praise I give them. Absolutely 5 star service all around.

So glad we chose Dr. Alexander Smith for our oral surgeon. He was kind, thorough in explaining the procedure, and had a quiet sense of humor. The visit was not rushed at all, Dr. Smith explained everything so well we didn't have any questions! I know he has probably done hundreds of consults on extractions but he explained the procedure enthusiastically with bits of humor. He helped my nervous 16 yr. old feel more confident about the upcoming surgery.
