Dr. Nathan L. Cotton grew up on a small farm in LaGrange, Kentucky, a town about 30 miles Northeast of Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Ricks College where he received his associates degree then continued his education at the University of Louisville where he received his bachelors degree.
Dr. Cotton and his beautiful wife Jani have been happily married since May 2000, and they have enough kids to keep them young for a long time. Dr. Cotton and his family moved to Spokane, Washington in 2007. He loves the Pacific Northwest, especially the summers where he can escape the humidity of the southeast to work on his poor golf game and be outside anytime of the day. Dr. Cotton loves being active, loves being with his family, and loves being a dentist. He often says, Ive got the best gig in the world.
Dr. Darrin P. Rich began his journey in dentistry in 2001, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. He practiced dental hygiene in his hometown of Lewiston, Idaho, before attending Creighton University Medical Center School of Dentistry. In 2006 he graduated with honors, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Rich takes great pride in serving his patients and providing for their oral health needs. He truly believes a healthy smile leads to overall wellness and happiness. He dedicates himself to making every patient look and feel their very best.
When hes away from the office, Dr. Rich is often found spending time with his wife and children. He enjoys sports, too. He is happy to call Spokane his home and looks forward to serving this wonderful community for many years to come.

Before starting treatment, we will walk you through the diagnosis, explaining what is happening in your mouth and what that means. We will then review options to address the issue, talk about what is recommended and why, and also review fees, insurance, and your responsibilities.
Comfortable Procedures: Each of us understands about dental anxieties and the need to provide painless care in a supportive environment. While our doctors and staff are known for a gentle touch, we also offer sedation options, including nitrous oxide, and use a dental laser for some procedures. Jim's appointment went well and he says they did a good job cleaning his teeth. The hygienist did a good job catching places that needed attention so he was pleased. Being a senior we both want to save our teeth with out doing cosmetic things. Jim said Dr. Cotton was great explaining about a tooth that may need attention.

Very friendly, professional staff! Not only care about your teeth, but your comfort as well. When a procedure needs to be done, they explain it to you and go over the cost with you. No pressure and are understanding about financial concerns.

Dr Cotton was able to see me right away after I broke a tooth. He and his staff are very caring and made me feel at ease. He explained my treatment course and what needed to be done. I would recommend Dr Cotton to anyone and his assistants are great.

There was a time when I was afraid to get Dental work done. I had one dentist for years and he retired. I was terrified!!! I am happy to share with each one of you that I have been going to Broadway Heights Dental, a real winner. Every now and then you might hear someone singing casually, comforting, calming and beautifully, ever so soothing.Broadway Heights Dental and staff are professionals,filled with love and humility, for their clients, flowing with comfort, love and care. I have been to Broadway Heights Dental for approximately four visits. I have always been treated very well. One visit it was uncertain if my medical Insurance might cause an issue with my dental insurance. Broadway Heights Dental received pay with out issue but the most important part is...they insisted I stay and receive my scheduled services... even if they did not get paid in that one particular situation.Broadway Heights Dental took a chance on me and it all worked out Praise the Lord for He is Good!!! And....drum roll please.....they have massage chairs to keep you comfortable during your appointment. I hope I meet you in my dentist office. I want to hear what you have to say.
