Broadway Family Dentistry is wonderful! Dr. Nieten is a fantastic dentist and her staff is very friendly and calming. I had a front tooth that has cosmetically bothered me for quite a while and Dr. Nieten fixed it up beautifully!

Attempted to establish new patient care with this Dentistry and they don't accept Delta Dental insurance. The only reason was because of "personal choice". The lady on the phone was extremely rude when I asked and just tried to hurry up and get off the phone. They obviously aren't about their patients. Great job Doc!

We had the best experience here at Dr. Katie's office! The office is warm, friendly, and fun. Everyone was so sweet! My kiddos are usually very hesitant about seeing any doctor to the point where they're resistant...but Dr. Katie made them feel so comfortable and they did GREAT! 10 out 10 recommend!!!!

My 2 (almost 3) year old saw Dr. Karelyn Nisten a few days ago and we were very pleased with her! With my kiddo being 2, she had never been to the dentist before. Dr. Nisten explained everything and made it very fun for her. We will definitely continue to come here & I may also be making the switch to this office in the future!

This is the least professional "business" I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They overcharge for their lackluster services and have refused on multiple occasions to work with people to get insurance payments sorted in any way. The staff is rude and disorganized. They also had my car towed from their lot after I walked across the street for less than 20 minutes after I left the front door of their building, which apparently they have done multiple times to a number of different people. These (illegal) actions and the terrible quality of service are why you'd be better off having a rabid badger chew through your arm than doing any sort of business with them. Do NOT go here.

I have been to Broadway Family Dentistry for several different appointments, The staff and Doctor here are amazing! I have always had compassionate care, ease of scheduling appointments with the front desk, and look forward to returning there for my next appointment! I would highly recommend Dr Nieten and Her staff for your families dental care!

I have my detailed claims from my insurance stating that part of the claim did not get properly sent in and processed(They are trying to charge me full price) have tried to talk and show them the math and the claims and they refuse to even look at them. The lady (edit: her name is Dawn) I am dealing with is rude and is stating i just dont want to pay I will happily my pay portion but I pay for insurance and want it to properly go through them, im not gonna pay more then I have to, and I wont be treated like that. Doctor and assistant were great explained everything as she went and constantly made sure I was doing ok, sadly the office staff is not the same. Edit: instead of ever talking with me or looking at the statements and breakdown of bill and why it was wrong, continously stated they are too busy to look into it, they have now credited my account and reduced my bill severely, I haved payed and canceled my future appointments sadly Doctor Nieten was great but I wont be returning to be treated the same way I was by the office lady Dawn.

I recently had a serious need for immediate dental care. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience was at Broadway Family Dental with Dr. Nieten and her team. I was treated with respect and dignity by a team of professionals who encompassed a deep desire to provide me with the best possible care. Dr. Nieten and her team demonstrated patience and ingenuity to address my dental needs. I am also especially grateful to Dawn, whose genuine kindness provided me with the reassurance I needed to overcome my personal fear of dental procedures. My gratitude for Dr. Nieten and her team goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to - or recommend more highly. Thank you Dr. Nieten and team!

I can't recommend this place and say enough amazing things about the staff and doctor. They were top notch and very knowledgable and gave wonderful recommendations. My children were very excited to go and see the dentist and they were even more excited when they were done. They can't wait to go back. If you are looking for a dentist for yourself, family, friend, or coworker I highly recommend you go here.
