Dr Cassio Castro is very professional and he is helping me now (I go to him for my regular check-ups/cleaning) with Invisalign treatment. I and very happy coming to this clinic since the staff and the dentist are nice and make me feel comfortable getting my treatment.

I had a crown put in by Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Hakins, did a terrible job. I had to go back 3 times for him to make adjustments because I was bitting my lip. On the 3rd time he told me to chew on the other side. Talked to office manager Jenniffer, she did nothing. I filed a complaint with BBB, the office did not respond. The next move is the Dental Board they respond to all complaints about a Dentist. Don't go there, they just your money!!!!

i would give 0 stars if i could. They changed my appointment twice to the point where I couldn't get my emergency wisdom teeth removal done because I was leaving town (which they knew and i stressed repeatedly) . they did not try to contact my insurance and get the information required for me to get a quote on my actual procedure and expected us to pay out of pocket when our insurance would cover most of it. After wasting my time for two weeks when i could've had an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth somewhere else, now I have to go back to College in Florida where I have no family to take care of me during recovery from surgery. Disappointed. Don't come here.

This was the greatest excellent experience I have ever had at the dentist. I can't express my gratitude enough. The procedure and process to have dental work done was pain free and left me asking if any work was done Words can express my heart felt gratitude for this dentistry thank you Today was my last visit with Dr Hakim it was extraordinary He completed a filling with no pain and I wish I could take him with me as I move out of state Thank you for the excellent dentistry work completed I wish you and your staff all the best in all future endeavors

Doctor and Claudia were impeccable! They came up with a game plan with many options to cover all my needs! They were helpful and kind, with thorough answers! I'm happy to be a patient :)

I used to really like this place, but the turnover rate is so high that I don't see the same people more than once. Trust is important to me with a dentist after some bad experiences in the past and I don't like seeing a new dentist every time I go. I will be looking for a new practice where I can trust the person I am seeing every time.

I love Dr. Hakim!!! He has been so great. He thoroughly explains what's going on. He's creative and thoughtful with his work and I just couldn't be more thankful he's here.

Great dentist, staff, and surgeon!!! I have a fear of dentist, and these guys are working with me to change this. They all have best bedside manner i have ever experienced from a dentist!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

I recently became a patient here and had fillings done and cleanings as well. The staff is super friendly and professional. It has a youthful vibe and I really like that. Absolutely recommended!

Update: 5/25/22 - It's a Christmas miracle....I see a pending credit on my husband's credit card. I hate to jinx it, BUT........ 5/24/22 - Still no call or email from Broadway Dentistry. I called them and talked to office gal again....of course, she's not very friendly. Told me that home office looked at my refund again yesterday and they are awaiting another approval. No idea when we'd get that approval or what the hold up is...definitely not going out of her way to investigate. Again, just terrible business! 5/23/22 - Apparently, with all the money they scam from people, they only need to work a few days a week. Just called yet again and the office is closed today. 5/20/22 - They're closed on Fridays, so no call/email again. No check in mail. I'm working with my insurance company who says they will fight them on my behalf. 5/19/22 - FOUR MONTHS TO THE DAY AFTER MY HUSBAND OVERPAID AND...... - Still no refund check and still no response (return call or email) from Broadway Dentistry! On the phone with my insurance company getting them involved and figuring out how to get these guys removed from in-network/have them help me get our refund. 5/18/22 - Still no refund check and still no response (return call or email) from Broadway Dentistry! 5/17/22 - Called again about status of refund, since never received promised call or email. Got the run around and no answer....I was told they will get back to me, but could not tell me when...if ever! 5/16/22 - Called about status of $260 refund check and was told they had to check with their home office and would get back to me. Never heard back. This place is SO frustrating! I was very excited to find a new dentist close to our house. I had been going to the same dentist (who I loved) for 8 years. However, post pandemic, I am working from home and needed to find a dentist closer to my home rather than my former office. From the beginning I should've known this place would be a nightmare. I sent in a request on their website and ended up getting a call from a dentist office in Utah. Apparently, they use the same service as the dentist office in Utah for scheduling appointments. After getting that straightened out, I made appointments (in Denver!) for myself, my husband, and my toddler (his 1st dentist visit). Dr. Karina is amazing. That being said, this place calls itself "Family Dentistry" and it is NOT set up for toddlers or kids. Aside from the place feeling like a warehouse (very cold and bland/lifeless), they are unable to accommodate young children. Unsure why in the world they even made an appointment for my toddler when they aren't equipped. Why didn't they tell me that upfront? Dr. Karina was nice and looked at my son and then referred us to a pediatric dentist. She told the front desk gal not to charge us for our appointment because she didn't do anything and they are not equipped for pediatric dentistry. The front desk girl didn't seem to understand because she billed our insurance. When I called her about this, she told me that Dr. Karina never said that and it was a misunderstanding. My husband and I both heard it. Just bad business - super shady! My husband had an appointment (same day as my son) and they charged him $617 in advance - this was January 19, 2022. Since that time, our insurance has paid Broadway Dentistry. Not only have they refused to refund us the over $260 we are due despite numerous conversations including the same front desk gal calling me the first part of April and telling me they were mailing me a check (they can sure take credit card payment, but cannot figure out how to refund any other way then check!). Then, to add insult to injury, they sent me a bill saying we owe another $288 and change! I called 5/16/22 to check on the $260 refund check we are due according to our insurance, our Explanation of Benefits, as well as Broadway Dentistry staff and was told they had to check with their home office and would get back to me. I never heard anything. I have NEVER had such problems. The place seems to be run by con artists! They are scammers!

Love this low-key, client centered dental practice. I'm an extremely anxious patient and they were so calming and gentle. While I'm not looking forward to getting the work done, I do feel like I am In competent and caring hands. They explained all of my options and didn't shame or scold me. Best thing is that I see the same friendly faces each time!
