Never met a dentist who cares so much about his patients. Dr. Hermann is absolutely amazing. Very personable and professional. Most people do not love going to the dentist, but he manages to make you feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very pleasant and welcoming.

This is the most unprofessional place ever , i called yesterday because i had an emergency with my tooth and the lady i spoke to gave me an appt for the following day for 11am. i showed up and the place was closed, i was standing outside in the cold weather and I checked online and the hours were from 11:30am until 6. I waiting until 11:50 and nobody answered the phone or opened the door. This is soooo upsetting and unprofessional.

The office staff is very welcoming, beautiful lounge and clean. Had an excellent experience with Dr. Cruz, very informative detailed and went beyond my expectations of a regular cleaning. I highly recommend him!

I went to see Dr. Cruz 4 times for the same reason. He performed my root canal, and since then I am in pain and unable to bite. He stated the pain was due to building up bacteria and did some procedures. It has been three months my pain has gotten worse. I am in doubt about his professional integrity and decided to see another Dentist. The office is clean, Staff are courteous, but terrible to reach them over phone. They do not answer the phone nor return if you leave a message.

Dr. Cruz is an EXCELLENT dentist! He is very professional, skilled, caring, and alleviates pain as much as possible. His dental and clerical staff members are also very professional and pleasant. They accept emergencies and walk-ins when possible.

Anyone who knows me knows I absolutely recommend Dr. Cruz! He is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. His work speaks for itself! Also anyone who knows me knows the complete life changing transformation my smile went through! His staff is so pleasant and accommodating and welcoming and it's just all around a wonderful experience. Worth every second, every dime, any pain, travel, etc.

Love it here. Dr. Cruz is very practical and knowledgeable. Not money hungry and very honest. They really care about meeting patient needs and they are so reasonable when it comes to fees for services. I appreciate that the office manager is very professional and at the same time compassionate. Once I became a patient I really did feel like family whenever I went. Thanks again for the awesome job on my teeth whitening!
