THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Front desk is rude and not to mention I been in serious pain need extraction saw them on July all she did was look at me and scheduled emergency extraction for September 21.. HERE I AM STILL IN PAIN AND NOT EVEN ANTIBIOTICS WERE SENT

They charged me 160 dollars instead of 40 because I stink. I am a disabled veteran and qualify for their most reduce group "A". I got a simple cleaning there before and it cost 40. The dentist even told an assistant in front of me that I stunk. I can't help that I can't afford the water bill every month.

Nice people. Most inefficient office of all time. You will wait over an hour no matter when you make your appointment. There is a revolving door of dentist. Avoid if possible.

Nice people. Most inefficient office of all time. You will wait over an hour no matter when you make your appointment. There is a revolving door of dentist. Avoid if possible.

I was in the waiting room about to have a coughing fit. I went to my car which was parked right in front of the doors to blow my nose and get a drink of water, as you're not allowed to bring water in and I was trying to be courteous by keeping my germs outside. As I'm standing by my car with car door open, I didn't get IN my car, blowing my nose and coughing and getting a drink of water, the receptionist chases me outside and tells me I "cannot leave the building"! I explained I was getting a drink as I'm not allowed to bring my water in(security tells everyone that brings a drink in, that is forbidden).As if I was a criminal! I also can't believe they require a birth certificate to be seen. My kids have been patients here about 12 years! But I need to bring their birth certificates to prove we are not committing insurance fraud!? Also if your child has 10 cavities, they make you bring them in 10 different times! They only fill one cavity per appointment even if the cavities are right next to each other!! They say to keep the schedule open for other patients but its so they can milk the insurance companies for office visit costs!

I always have a great experience when I come to this Dentist office. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The wait is never long and it is never crowded. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great experience at a nice Dentist office in the Bedford stuyvesant neighborhood. It is conveniently located in an area with parking.

I always have a great experience when I come to this Dentist office. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The wait is never long and it is never crowded. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great experience at a nice Dentist office in the Bedford stuyvesant neighborhood. It is conveniently located in an area with parking.

The dental office itself is very good and the staff is very nice. I have had some scheduling problems in the past but I just had some extractions and they didn't hurt, the Novocaine worked great, I didn't even feel the stitches afterwards, so they are nice and do good work, but the scheduling and wait times are very bad.

FRAUD ALERT!!! I have reported this dental office to Medicaid, My Florida, Agency for Heath Care Administration, and Liberty Dental for trying to obtain confidential information on my children that could potentially lead to identity theft. Medicaid advised us DO NOT give them any personal information that could be misused. We have had nothing but headaches with this extremely unprofessional office (we have been going there for over a year) and Medicaid assured me that they will check to see if the information being collected supposedly for "security" purposes is even legal. We have been advised to change dentists office immediately. Be careful who you give your personal information to, you never know who all has access to those documents once you hand them over.

Loved the center, doctors and employees. They bonded well with my teenage daughter and took care of her wisdom teeth. Using their sliding income scale for payment this not for profit organization rates an Ourstanding! with us. Thank you again.
