Dr. Peter Meaney, originally from Everett, Massachusetts, has been with Broadway Family Dental since the beginning of his career. He came into the practice after graduating Cum Laude from Boston Universitys School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Meaney uses a patient first approach when it comes to his practice. This approach emphasizes the patients wellbeing above all else. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the North Shore District Dental Society. In Dr. Meaneys free time, he is a Collegiate Division 1 Ice Hockey Referee and loves to spend time at the beach.
Dr. Neha Patel is a general dentist who was born and raised in Central Florida. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University for undergraduate studies and dental school. Afterwards, she competed two years of General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital, where she was the Chief resident. Dr. Patel believes that is important for each patient to have a dental home that promotes optimal oral health. It is important to her to work together with patients to achieve their dental goals while making their experience as comfortable as possible. In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, and exercising.
Brianna was born and raised in the North shore, where she graduated from Bishop Fenwick high school. After High School, Brianna continued her education in pursuit of Dental Hygiene at the University of New England in Biddeford Maine. Brianna is very much a 'people person' who looks forward to maintaining great relationships with the patients and making new ones! In Briannas free time she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and going for walks with her dog named Flash.
Karen has lived in the North Shore area her whole life, graduating from Melrose High School, and then attending Suffolk University. Karen attended Dental Careers of the North Shore where she obtained her Dental Assistant License. She has been a Dental Assistant since 2004, and working at Broadway Family Dental since 2004. In Karens free time she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her friends and family!
Melanie is the newest addition to our office staff as a Dental Assistant. Melanie graduated from Marblehead High School, and attended Dental Careers of the North Shore to obtain her license in Dental Assisting in 2016. Melanie was destined to be in the dental field growing up with her father, a Dentist, and her mother, a Hygienist. She loves to be able to make patients feel comfortable and welcome when they step into the office. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys heading up North to the mountains to snowboard, or spending time with her cats and two dogs Layla and Rocky.
Kelly is the friendly face you will be greeted by as soon as you walk through the door for your visit. Kelly carefully oversees all aspects of administration within the practice. With a wealth of experience over the past 30 years working in the dental field, she has been a great asset to Broadway Family Dental in her 13 years of service with the practice. As a lifelong resident of Lynn she has deep roots to the community along with her husband Peter, their two children, Patrick and Molly, and dog Oscar.
Stamps is a 5 year old Pomeranian owned by Dr. Meaney. He came to live with him from Missouri. His favorite activities are playing on the beach and fetch with sticks. He also enjoys afternoon naps on the couch. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He is known to stop by the office on occasion to greet patients and the staff.
