Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

I'm very very pleased with the care I received, I know it was difficult but I didn't ever feel that way.. my teeth feel better than they have for years. Doctor Vaught is awesome I will recommend her to everyone I know seeking dental care

I am so appreciative of Dr. Ewa Koser and Broadway Family Dental. Our family started going here 16 years ago after an orthodontist told me our son should wait for his secondary teeth before correcting his smile. Dr. Koser was the one who recommended an upper jaw expansion when he was 5 or 6. What a huge difference this made for when he was ready for braces. Dr. Koser is the best with children, they don't feel any discomfort. I also started Invisalign a few years ago. My smile is perfect. Thanks Tiffany and Gay for all your support every time I stopped in. Gay has been a gem with any medical billing assistance. I highly recommend Broadway Family Dental.

I am so appreciative of Dr. Ewa Koser and Broadway Family Dental. Our family started going here 16 years ago after an orthodontist told me our son should wait for his secondary teeth before correcting his smile. Dr. Koser was the one who recommended an upper jaw expansion when he was 5 or 6. What a huge difference this made for when he was ready for braces. In my opinion Dr. Ewa Koser does very good work, I had my front teeth fixed due to them becoming brittle and worn. They look great! In addition, her top assistant is excellent with clients. The overwhelming difficulty is front desk/billing. I was told I needed root scaling/planing, but told them I had it done by another dentist earlier that year and I knew my insurance only covered it 1x every 24 months. They came back and told me the other dentist must have coded it differently and I would be covered. Weeks later, I find out that they misinformed me. In addition, I was booked for several appointments before the end of year, even though I told them of my concern for reaching my insurance limit. With the lag time from office visit to billing/insurance I come to find that I had not only exceeded my limit, they kept trying to schedule me for further appointments even when front desk told me I should max out my insurance this year. These errors and misinformation cost me several hundred dollars which should have been easily avoided. In my opinion dentist skill is very good, assistant top notch, business staff makes this practice avoid at all (your) cost.
