I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Kneib and his staff have always done their best to make me comfortable. I just had some extensive dental work I had been delaying to have done and it went way better than I thought it would thanks to Dr. Kneib and his assistants. Thank you Dr. Kneib, Steph, and the other assistant.

They are horrible! Cannot keep appointments straight and then want to accuse patients of lying. I had proof on my phone that we confirmed an appointment but they insisted no one called me confirming an appointment and that I didn't have one. They aren't even remotely nice. I would never recommend them.

Dr. Jared Kneib Did an amazing job on my composite dental bonding. For the gap between my front 2 teeth. I absolutely love it. They look very natural, and the color matches amazingly. You cannot even tell I had any work done. I called Broadway Dentistry on Monday Dr Kneib saw me on Wednesday, and did the cosmetic work that same day. I highly recommend Dr. Kneib what a great Dentist to have in the Broadway Va area.

Two of my kids and I had Allison as our hygienist today. She did a fantastic job! My kids felt comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of tips I hadn't heard before! Thanks Allison! Broadway Dentistry is lucky to have you!!

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Kneib. You would be hard pressed to find a more experienced, trained and technologically advanced Implant Provider/Practice in the area. Dr. Kneib is and amazing dentist, and I would not hesitate to have him treat me or anybody I refer to him.

My front teeth were wearing away quickly and Dr. Kneib made them look beautiful again- without needing crowns (yet). He uses extreme attention to detail and cares about the outcome. Very impressive work! Thank you!

There is a complete lack of honesty and integrity with the billing practices of this office. They were NOT in network with my insurance provider and that information was NOT disclosed to me prior to my cleaning. I was left with a bill of nearly $500 that had to be paid out of my pocket. When I addressed this with the office staff, they were not forthcoming about their billing practices. They also tried to advise me I needed a bite guard that was estimated at $600. I since have learned that this bite guard is recommended for nearly every one of their patients. This is a highly aggressive tactic with the primary goal to increase their revenue, not something that would be of benefit to their patients. I would NOT recommend this office to others due to dishonest billing and payment practices. Don't let the aesthetics of this office mislead you. It's a beautiful facility on the outside looking in. But Beware of their tactics to get your money!

I find Dr. Kneib & his staff to be very professional & well trained. From personal experience I find him trustworthy. Everyone is friendly & makes you feel at ease.

This one star is not for the dentist himself but the front receptionist. The front desk woman lacks communication when it comes to visit payment. Also very unprofessional as I experienced an argument between the receptionist and a nurse regarding scheduling. I got my insurance involved in this situation and the woman even hung up on them. I personally won't recommend this place to anyone which is sad because this dr's skills are being wasted by poor customer service. Stay Away!

My 5 stars are for Lori and Autumn! This office is lucky to have this experienced team. Lori helps to put my kids at ease by being her friendly self! Autumn is an excellent hygienist. This office is lucky to have these two ladies. They are the reason we are still going to this dental practice.
