Amazing staff. The receptionist was kind and had everything ready. Once I was done filling out papers less than 5 min later I was called to the back. Not even 5 min again the Dr was in. I mean so freaking mind. Then it's so clean in there. I absolutely recommend this place. I have issues w my teeth and not once did I be made to feel less than or embarrassed. I will bring my kids here and come back. I truly recommend this place.

I called the dentist to see about getting my teeth pulled I told them I need a good better teeth pulled and they going to tell me they don't do that you don't do what but when you in the office you have to have two people that speak English and Spanish

I will say the place is very clean and neat, the staff were very nice, but my felt like my teeth cleaning was super quick :)

Customer service is the worst. They are rude to you, and if they can't help they just hang up the phone with you on the line. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have never written a negative review prior to this one, but after the ridiculous experience I just had with Broadway Dental, I strongly feel that anyone considering seeking a professional dental treatment should avoid this office. I booked an appointment with an Endodontist (over a month prior to my visit) and was assured by the receptionist that they do root canal retreatments. After getting the x-ray (which the tech had to redo 3 times), the Endo walks in, and tells me that I need a root canal retreatment. Considering this diagnosis was already confirmed by my regular dentist, (and was the reason why I came to Broadway Dental in the first place) I was expecting for the Endo to elaborate further. However, he continued by telling me that they don't have the equipment for the procedure and I would have to get a referral to another office. THEN WHY WOULD YOU WASTE MY TIME BY ACCEPTING ME AS A PATIENT IN THE FIRST PLACE? Amateur nonsense. As I walked out, the receptionist hands me THE SAME referral that was given to me by my regular dentist. Thanks. I could barely hold my laughter. On a side note, their equipment looks outdated and the general condition of the office is dirty. I dodged a bullet and wouldn't let them touch my teeth with a 10 foot pole.

My mother cancelled her appointment in this office due to her being in the ICU in the hospital. While still in her hospital bed, this dentist called to yell at her for cancelling and told her he did not want to see her come in anymore and not to call back for another appointment EVER. Very unprofessional and upsetting. He showed no empathy to her whatsoever. We will not be coming back to say the least.
