Hello, I am Dr. Kang. I was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Munster, IN when I was 13yrs old. After graduating Munster High School, I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette graduating in 2002 with B.S in Biology and pre-dentistry. After college, I moved to Indianapolis to attend Indiana University School of Dentistry and graduated in 2006. After graduation, I worked for Heartland Dental Corporation as a general dentist in Muncie, IN from 2006 to 2007. After I got married, my husband and I decided to relocate to Lubbock, TX so he can finish his master degree in computer science. In Texas, I was able to work as an associate dentist in pediatric dental office. When we decided to have family, we moved back to Indiana. I bought Broadway Dental Care in Oct of 2008. Now I have 2 children, Olivia and Issac. Olivia is 11 yrs old, who loves swimming, soccer and drawing. Issac is 8 yrs old, who is very wild and loves chocolate. My husband and I enjoy going to the movies together and we love to eat. Whenever I get free time, I absolutely enjoy spending time with my kids.
Hello, I amTracie, theOffice Managerat Broadway Dental Care and have been a member of our team since 2009. I handle all insurance, finance, scheduling, as well as all clinical aspects to ensure patients get the best quality treatment. I am CPR certified, OSHA trained, Licensed in Dental Radiology, and graduated from Indiana University Northwest 's Dental Assisting Program in 2008. I was the Dental Assistant at Broadway Dental Care for 7 years before I was transitioned into my new position as Office Manager. I take pride in making sure all patients feel calm and welcome each time they walk into the office.In 2015, I married my junior high sweetheart, Kyle, and have 2 awesome boys, Skylar and Jace. We also have 2 dogs, Maizie and Blu. I stay busy with attending and 'taxiing' everyone to baseball, softball, football, and golf. I enjoy time with my family, being outdoors, camping, and shopping.
Hiya! I'mCarolynn, theCertified Dental Assistant, and I've been a part of the Broadway Dental Care team since 2016. I am an Indiana University Alumni, that's where I received my certificate in Dental Assisting. As a C.D.A., I assist Dr. Kang chair-side as well as patient management. I educate patients about their treatment as well as getting to know them and their families on a more friendly and personal level. I am CPR certified and OSHA trained. I have my Dental Radiology License as well as a Certificate in Coronal Polishing, Fluoride Application, and Preventative Applications. Outside of work, the majority of my time is spent Dollar Tree shopping and watching Frozen with my beautiful 5 year old niece! I enjoy spending money I don't have and making people laugh!
Hi there! My name is Ashley, Im the Licensed Dental Hygienist at Broadway Dental Care, and I joined the team in 2019. I graduated from Indiana University Northwest, where I received my Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene, as well as a double minor in Psychology and Biology. I am CPR certified, and licensed in the administration of local anesthesia. As a Dental Hygienist, I strive to give quality care and detailed education on ways to improve and maintain good oral health. When Im not working, I spend a lot of time reading, traveling, and collecting/listening to vinyls. I also love spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family.
