@real review@ Dr Burns 2 teeth he said he repaired and charged for cavities were left with cavity holes and required tooth extractions. On top of that, front desk super rude as was dentist. Save ur teeth and health try anywhere but Dr burns! Lost $500 and landed hospitalized with septic infection later on. I have my receipt 2019 please give me my refund if you want review removed

My dental work has been done by Dr. Burns for a number of years. He and his staff are totally professional and competent and also thoughtful and compassionate. It is a great pleasure to commend them without reservation.

Our family has been going here for many years now. The service is always awesome. Any work done on your teeth is great. There is no hurry from either the dentist or the hygienists. Dr. Burns is awesome and the rest of the practice is the same. Front desk staff is always wonderful to talk to and are always helpful in explaining whatever questions you may have. They are equally good for kids appointments. I recommend this practice to everyone.

I've been a patient for 16 years, it's the only medical office that still has the friendly and easy to understand procedures. You talk to real humans when you need to reschedule, the Michelle is so kind, the doctors are great and know me, Mary not only cleans my teeth, she's now a friend. I love this place.

Our family had to change dentists and I was given several recommendations for Broadlands Family Dentistry. So far 3 of the 4 family members have been seen by Dr. McNeeley and all I can say is we should have switched dentists sooner! The inviting and friendly atmosphere begins at the front desk (with the first phone call) and continues through the entire visit. Everything is explained to you before anything is done and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant teeth cleaning experience I have ever had! The options for treatment are explained to you but there is no pressure to have work done and the quality of the work is phenomenal. (who has ever heard of a temporary crown staying on for over 3 weeks??) Honestly, if you are looking for a new dentist, one that will listen to you and not pressure you; who's work is top notch, this is the dental practice for you.

My family has been seeing Dr. Burns at Broadlands Family Dentistry for all our dental needs for over 15 years and we could not be more satisfied. We have visited other dentists at other offices before going there but none have compared. The differences we see are a higher quality of services performed, attention to every detail and the constant checking in on how each patient is feeling. Also, we love that Dr. Burns let's you know what he is about to do during every procedure while he is doing it and says what to expect. Patient follow up, insurance billing, accurate estimates of what the patient will owe after services has always been perfect. The office is constantly getting state of the art equipment and expanding services. Adding to the level of greatness, there is a culture in the office of genuinely caring about people and forming a personal relationships no matter who you are seeing there. Broadlands Family Dentistry has our business for the long haul and do not hesitate to check them out!

Dr. McNeeley is fantastic! It was my first time at this dentistry-- super friendly staff, great music playing. Dr. McNeeley was very professional, friendly, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to thoroughly answer any questions I had. Great dentist! Great practice!
