Friendly staff and a very clean and modern facility Update: they renovated again, and it looks even better! Staff are friendly as always, even my kids go here instead of a pediatric specialist. Appointments are ON TIME. Dr. Thomas is wonderful

Upon meeting Dr. Salierno I knew within 5 minutes this was my new Dentist. He really wants to get to know his patients. He answered all of my concerns in great detail. He is a true gentleman. Kudos to you kind Sir...Will be recommending all my friends & client's to Dr. Salierno

In my opinion my review is there are not enough negative stars for this place. Had to pick one star to post. One partner drove the other nice partner away. Not professional and office runs very poorly, constant turnover tells the story. ....only good isTheresa a nice and cordial office manager. My appointments got mixed up in the system once, twice..., deleted or I was lied to about the office hours. Go someplace else for better staff and quality.

This is such a great office. Dr. Thomas and her staff have always put me at ease. Scheduling appointments and dealing with the financial details have been clear and easy. I love my hygienists Susan and Christine. Highly recommend!!

Returned to Broadhollow dentistry today after not being there since before the pandemic. The front desk girls were very friendly and helpful. They were able to obtain my new insurance information even though I forgot my new card. I was extremely impressed at the new HEPA filters they had in all of the rooms and everyone was masked, I felt very comfortable. I had X-rays and a cleaning and a check up. The girl who cleaned my teeth did a really great job, I was very pleased. Dr. Thomas was a pleasure as always. Happy to be back!

Walking into Broadhollow Dentistry , you feel at ease. The front desk ladies:Emily, and Michelle both greeted me and took my insurance information. Before I could sit down, the assistant Joye(soul sista) came and got me for my dental procedure. Finally, Dr.Thomas explain everything including stuff that I needed done after this appointment. I just liked how she explains what I needed to be done and that made sense to me and the price!!!!!!My kinda dentist. Cant wait to go back to my next appointment for my cleaning , with I think its either: Susan,Christina or Laura either way im in good hands. P.s Floss like a boss. GREAT work on my mouth Dr.Thomas
