I have been going here for nearly 8 years and it is always hands down the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Dr. Fitch is a true professional and every person on his faculty is extremely kind. I highly recommend them!

I always feel like I'm the priority when I'm in one of their chairs. Lots of TLC and excellent chair side manner. And the work is beyond reproach. Always happy to come and very pleased when I leave. I highly recommend Broad Street Smiles.

I just had a teeth cleaning and it was beyond what I ever imagined a teeth cleaning could be. It was extremely comfortable and I was not left with any pain unlike at other dentist offices.

I found the most amazing, competent and caring dental team that treats you as family. When you walk in the door you are greeted with great broad st. smiles so welcoming. Dr. Craig Fitch so thorough with his exam and explained treatment plan and expectations and went out of his way to start pulpotomy because the root canal specialist could not take care of me. Monica was very thorough and knowledgeable and gentle with taking x-rays, intra-oral photos and keeping the treatment rooms clean and disinfected. Kelsey very knowledgeable with from desk efficiency and extremely helpful. I will be coming back to this wonderful office for my dental cleaning in June. I implore everyone to give this office a try and you will never be disappointed that you did.

This is probably the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Dr Fitch and Amira were kind, funny, gentle, and positive, while giving me an incredibly thorough exam. I didn't receive any scolding whatsoever from them, which I have experienced in the past, due to my receding gums. Audrey performed my cleaning, (they were able to get me in the following day), and was also extremely thorough and pleasant, even offering topical numbing because I have sensitive gums, and let me tell you, I experienced zero discomfort, despite being overdue for a cleaning. I never write reviews, because frankly, I have two young kids and don't have time. This time I was compelled to do so. I will continue to go to this entail office, despite it not being covered by my insurance. They're that good.

I've been going here for years now and wouldn't change. Everyone is very friendly, and best of all, my hygienist is the best hygienist I've had. I have a lot of gum sensitivity and I've never had a visit where I experienced any pain from a teeth cleaning because my hygienist is just so gentle and highly skilled. While I only go twice a year, she always keeps track of some things to talk about specific to me and makes me feel at ease. The dentists are knowledgeable as well. There's no reason to dread going to the dentist when it's an all around pleasant experience.
