A picture explains what words never can, especially when it comes to your teeth. An intra-oral camera can take pictures with such detail, it can show cracks and stress marks in a tooth that cant be seen with the naked eye.

We follow many guidelines when it comes to digital imagery and choose carefully which and when radiographs are taken. Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes to detect any concerns.

My son has autism and he had lost a crown. He had never been here before. All of the staff including Dr. Jackie were amazing!! My son had to get put under for all of his dental procedures prior to this, so I was unsure on how reattaching the crown was going to go. They were able to re-secure the crown on his tooth with no problems. They were so kind, gentle and understanding.

I have been a patient myself at this office and always had a great experience. Now I have a son and Im so happy that he is able to receive dental care from such an amazing place. I took my son last week and the entire staff was just as I remembered when I was a child, attentive and super knowledgeable.

My kids had a wonderful experience at this office. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and very informative. The hygienists went over everything they saw during their exams and the dentist went over everything he was seeing in their x-rays. We are very happy we found this office for our kids!

I had the best experience ever. The staff was absolutely wonderful and supportive. You can tell its genuine. My son is autistic, and they completely understood that he gets overwhelmed easily. That meant so much to me. I highly recommend this place.

Another great experience. Walking in the door we were greeted with smiles. The staff, as always, were friendly, courteous, and professional. They were personable and ready to answer any and all questions.

Dr. Park was drawn to the caring and social aspects of pediatric dentistry as a way to be a positive influence and educator to young children and families. He served as chief resident for his pediatric dentistry program at Tufts University.

Building lasting relationships with families across the North Shore is something Dr. Park takes great pride in. He hopes he can leave a lasting impact on children and have them enjoy their visit to the dentist. Dr. Park is extremely patient and caring and takes each childs fears and puts them at ease. He is always sure to explain things that he is doing and will answer each childs question with care.

Dr. Park received his training at Tufts University in 2008 and completed an Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University of Dental Medicine. He also gained experience working with special needs and cancer patients at Mass General. Dr. Park furthered his education by receiving his Masters degree in Public Health, where he focused on strategies for primary prevention of childhood obesity and in identifying sociocultural factors that influence oral health outcomes in Boston minority groups.

Dr. Park has spent time in about 40 different countries, such as Mexico, Kenya, and Zambia, where he helped educate families and perform dental work on children in need. He always strives to give each child what they deserve.

Along with working at multiple offices in the Boston area, Dr. Lee is currently working in his own office. I've never left a review like this before but felt the need to do so for this wonderful place. We took our 3 year old here for her first dentist experience. I didn't know a dentist could be so incredible - from TVs on the ceiling playing her favorite shows, explaining everything to her before they did it and being incredibly understanding and kind of a toddler, it was a better experience than I thought possible. Highly recommend!

I brought my then 3.5 year old daughter to the new Broad Smiles location in Salem. She had been seeing another dentist, but we had someone recommend this practice. From the moment we walked in my daughter was greeted by the friendly receptionist and other staff who worked in the office also had smiles on their faces and said hello to her. They also gave a little sign on the desk welcoming the kids who are going to be there today. My daughter thought that it was so cool! I felt like as a parent, I had this piece of mind that she was going to be in great hands. She was nervous but those went away pretty quickly. I love that they try to assign the same hygienist each visit to establish a trusting relationship. She remembers what shows she loves to watch while there and makes her feel so special. If I could give it a hundred stars I would. This place in fabulous. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. My daughter always asks when her next appointment is because she loves going to the dentist!!

The team was very welcoming and were great with my squirmy 5 year old. I appreciated their patience and professionalism. My child appeared to show some nerves at first, but was met with great conversation and positive chair-side manner. They communicated to my child in a way that allowed him to understand the process & provided age-appropriate education. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Wonderful as soon as you walked in the door. My daughter felt special and welcomed. Jillian made her feel like they were already friends. Kayla spoke to her and was very good with helping her get through her check, cleaning, and xrays. Dr. Jackie was very nice also. All around great place. Highly recommend.

We just had a wonderful experience at Broad Smiles in Salem! It was the first dentist visit for our two year old and it really couldn't have gone any better. Kayla was an absolute pro with our daughter and made her very comfortable. Dr. Jackie was great too! As a parent, I appreciated the nonjudgemental advice about food, pacifiers, etc. I would definitely recommend to others in the area. Thank you Broad Smiles!!

Our experience was great. My 3 1/2 year old had a dental emergency while we were on vacation and they fit us in, got him all fixed up and he loved the office set up.

We traveled from Maine to have a procedure done for my daughter. It was a great experience. When I called to inquire about it Meri was so kind and informative. She kept in contact with us right up to the appointment. Dr. Park was fantastic. It was definitely one of the best medical experiences we have ever had. It was truly a blessing to our family.

We live out of state and our 6yr old broke her tooth. I called and they told me to come right over. The staff was absolutely amazing! They fixed my daughters tooth and everything was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If they weren't 5 hour away from our home we would absolutely make them our dentist.
