Since finishing his orthodontics residency, Dr. Britton has loved working in what he considers to be the greatest profession in the world, transforming both teeth and confidence! He loves having a close connection with his patients; the smiles, happy tears, and hugs he receives when a patient sees their new smile makes him excited to come to work every day.
These organizations offer numerous avenues for Dr. Britton to stay current with the latest in techniques and technology, so he is able to provide the most efficient treatment with the best results. In addition to attending the Annual Session for the American Association of Orthodontists, he has completed the Tweed Study Course in Tucson, Arizona.
Driven to help others, Dr. Britton has participated in the annual Dentistry from the Heart event since 2012, providing free care to those in need. He also participates in Give Kids a Smile, which provides free oral healthcare to underserved children in our community.
Dr. Britton grew up right here in Monmouth County and always dreamed of delivering the best and brightest of smiles to his friends and neighbors. He lives right up the road from his office and you will likely see him in the community with his wife, Samantha, and their dog, Wesley.

Dr. Britton is a great, easy going, chill guy who I really bonded with right away. He always takes interest in what I had going on and can't thank him enough. Not to mention he was very flexible with my schedule.

This place is amazing! I went here to get a new retainer (I got braces from a different practice years ago and noticed my teeth shifting after I lost my old one). The entire staff was super helpful and nice from the first time I called to set up an appointment. They were knowledgeable, worked with me to figure out my insurance (which didn't cover everything), and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Britton himself was friendly and attentive throughout, and made absolutely sure that my new retainer fit properly (and comfortably!) before I left. The office was beautiful, the staff was professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Seriously! Stop scrolling and call them!

Highly recommend Dr. Britton. My daughter Morgan had a small braces/orthodontic problem after a rough wave at the beach, while visiting from out-of-state. Dr. Britton stayed a little later so we could get there and fixed the problem immediately. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help!

My son, Aidan, had his braces on for over 3 years and the progress was very slow and questionable. Then Dr. Britton assumed responsibility for his care and it all changed. The braces had to be taken off and reapplied. Sensitive to the fact that Aidan had been wearing them for so long, Dr. Britton promised to complete the process in less than a year. He kept his word...today, after 9 months, Aidan's braces were removed. His teeth look beautiful! Dr. Britton and his staff are professional and kind. Most importantly, they care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Britton!

I highly recommend Dr. Steven Britton and the team at Britton Orthodontics. Dr. Britton and his team helped me complete my Invisalign treatments to correct some crookedness in my teeth. Dr. Britton and his team have always demonstrated the kind, caring, and helpful disposition that I look for when choosing a practitioner. The office has always been very accommodating and patient with me, they respond to requests in a timely manner, they coordinate with my other dental providers, and they're always available to answer any questions that I have about treatment options to help me make the best decision possible for my dental care. Not only did they help me improve my smile, but they gave me a reason to smile and I've never felt more cared for in my life. Top of his class in dental school and a newly renovated office with a nice sheen to it, for those keeping score. : - )

In need of help with my retainer (completed Invisalign treatment a few years ago), Dr. Britton provided me with immediate relief and long term solution for continued alignment of my teeth. Dr. Britton took time with me to answer all my questions and explain next steps. Britton's staff, Katy and Terrie, were very professional and super friendly. Dr. Britton's office is bright and modern...just like Dr. Britton and his staff. Highly recommend.

As a kid I had braces for five years and now as an adult I have had invisalign for 8 years. I have never had an orthodontist that I liked until I met Dr. Britton. Dr. Britton took over for a previous orthodontist that had been working on my teeth for many years. Dr. Britton was a blessing in disguise. I have had more progress in the short few months that Dr. Britton has started working on my teeth, than any other doctor in my YEARS of teeth/jaw issues. Dr. Britton has gone out of his way to work with me over and over again to perfect my teeth. Not only does he listen to what I have to say, he genuinely cares. Dr. Britton has emailed me images of my invisalign treatment showing me what my teeth are actually supposed to look like and exactly how they will be moving/progressing week by week. Nothing against older doctors, but there is something to be said about younger doctors in the medical field. I find Dr. Britton brings a new innovative way to orthodontics that some of the older/out of touch doctors just don't have. I am so happy that he is the orthodontist working on my teeth, I know I will finally have long lasting great results. If you are reading this post I can assure you, you will not be disappointed - if I could give him more than 5 stars on here I absolutely would. My only regret is that I didn't find Dr. Britton sooner. (Also, he plays great music in the office!)

Dr Britton is nothing short of a Miracle Worker and perfectionist in the best way possible. Dr Britton took over my ortho case from a previous doctor and in a 6 month span he made some adjustments that I couldn't have been happier with. One great thing about Dr Britton is that he is straight forward and keeps you updated on every minor and major adjustments he is going to make. This is my second time having braces and I honestly feel that if I had Dr Britton from the very first time I got braces back in 2014 I never would have needed them a second time again. Thank you Dr Britton for the great work ! I know it was a short time table we had to together but I couldn't be happier with the final product you produced. Highly recommend to anyone to come see Dr Britton for your ortho needs. Great Doctor & Great Person !

Huge thanks to Dr. Britton for providing impeccable service and care. While I'd been thinking about Invisalign(r) for a while, I was apprehensive of the disruption it might cause my normal routine. Having had Invisalign himself, he provided honest insight as to what the process would entail. He's continuously made himself available to address any of my questions and concerns. He did an exceptional job bonding my attachments (None of my friends/family have been able to notice them!) I'm only about a third of the way through my treatment plan but have already seen noticeable shifts and can't wait for the final results!

In 2018, I was told by my dentist that I needed a nightguard to mitigate the damage done by grinding my teeth in my sleep. That is when I got in touch with Dr. Britton who constructed a nightguard that I still use every night to this day. It fits comfortably and feels like it's not even there. He was professional and compassionate, explaining which type would be the most comfortable, and kept the procedure quick and painless. Highly recommend Dr. Britton for any of your orthodontic needs!

When I initially made an appointment at Temple University for Invisalign treatment, I had no idea what to expect nor knew who would be overseeing my dental treatment, but by random chance I was scheduled to be Dr. Britton's patient, and I am so glad that I was his patient. Dr. Britton was my orthodontist from early 2018 to mid 2019 during his orthodontic training at Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry. He is one of the most kind and caring healthcare professionals that I've been taken care by. I really felt like I was being taken care of and in good hands. He is very easy to talk to and makes an effort to get to know his patients outside of the clinic. I recall him remembering the small details and would ask me how a test/trip went when he'd ask how things were going as he was setting up the chair in the clinic between patients. Whenever I was waiting outside in the lobby, I could tell he had a great relationship with his other patients too and that they felt very comfortable under Dr. Britton's care. Dr. Britton did an awesome job with the Invisalign treatment for an overbite and crowding in my top and bottom front teeth. I was interviewing for graduate schools the following year, and I wanted to fix the crowding in my teeth because, due to the misalignment, I'd end up grinding my teeth surface down while eating or clenching during sleep. Throughout the treatment he would keep me informed, always answered any questions I had clearly, and would keep checking with me if I had any pain or discomfort with the teeth shifting. Whenever he presented plans to his attending(s), they were impressed with his plan of action and any unexpected adaptations Dr. Britton needed to make. He noticed that I clenched and grinded my teeth a lot and made sure to advocate to the department to provide me with the more durable Invisalign retainers as my final set of trays following treatment. Even with his busy schedule as a resident, he'd do his best to be flexible and fit me into the schedule because I had a limited availability due to my college class schedule and I would be driving into Philly about 40 minutes away. After about a year and a half, the results of the treatment were great, and all my friends from college were impressed with the results and said how nice my teeth and smile looked. I used to be very self conscious about my teeth because of the crowding, and I really appreciate all the work Dr. Britton did to help me have a confident smile. Dr. Britton is a fantastic orthodontist and an awesome person. If I were to need Invisalign treatment again, he would be the first person I would go to. If any family or friends needed orthodontic treatment, the first person I'd recommend is Dr. Britton because I'm confident they'd be in good hands!
