Dr. Gina Pham grew up in Denver, Colorado where she received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado. After Graduation from Howard University, College of Dentistry with her DDS, she focused on her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. In 2002, Dr. Ginacompleted her residency training andearned her certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Ginahas been practicing Pediatric Dentistry in private practice and have only beentreating infants, children and adolescents for over 15 years.
She is aDiplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is currently a member of theAmerican Academy of Pediatric dentistry , Virignia Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
She always triesto find ways to improve herself andhelpkids in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and her little dog. When she is not spending time with her family, Dr. Ginaenjoys reading, movies and swimming at her gym.
Dr. Peter Shim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated summa cum laude. He completed his dental training at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then completed his residency in pediatric dentistry at the Bon Secours St. Marys Hospital of Richmond. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Society of Pediatric Sedation.
Dr. Shim enjoys working with children of all ages, and he is excited to join the team. He is always eager to acquire additional knowledge and learn new techniques, and his goal is for all his patients at Britestars Pediatric Dentistry to have a pleasant experience.

posting this on behalf of my little sister. the assistant that attended her was very disrespectful & had an attitude with her. she told my little sister she has 'stuff' in her teeth as if it wasn't the afternoon & she just got back from school. as if it isn't her job to CLEAN the teeth. she was definitely just hired as we've never seen her before. i hope the people who hire take into consideration of who they hire. other than this experience i've had no complaints.

I've been to both their locations. All the employees are friendly from the receptionist to the Dentist and their helpers. They make my son feel calm and safe and are very gentle. They help figure out the issue and don't try to overcharge or charge for every appointment. Highly recommended.

First time for my 4 year old since he was 2. Reni was the assistant, she was so great, so patient and friendly to my child. She explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous for him because the last time he was at the dentist he did not like it at all. Definitely recommend them. Everything seemed clean and environment was very friendly.

My daughter had the worse anxiety about this appointment but Dr. Momeni and his DA Eric made this an amazing experience for her. She left happy with her fillings and mentioned how nice and calming they were. I HIGHLY recommend for any little ones who are fearful of the dentist to see these two. I also very much appreciate the administrative staff who very patiently rescheduled twice at my request (sorry guys) and sent me reminders of the upcoming appointments
