Dr Frank Caputo and his team where awesome answer every question none was to big or small I felt really safe and that's a first due to I dislike seeing the dentist. I have to say he really cares for his patient's not all heal the same and he is so patient and may I say for the PRICE your crazy if you go some were else and believe me I went to several place same plans but Brightly saved me $30,000 from one company and $26,000 from another need i say more. This Dr has hands were like and angel you don't even need to go under anesthesia. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I am BEYOND blessed and GRATEFUL to have chosen Dr. Caputo and the staff at Britely Dentures + Implants Studio. I embarked on my journey looking into different options for teeth replacement and came across all on fours. After touring many different clinics and doing research, I decided to go with Dr. Caputo at Britely Dentures + Implants Studio. I felt broken, insecure, and not confident at all with my smile and I knew I had to do something. The team at Britely met me with compassion, empathy, and an understanding of all my needs. They were so encouraging and honestly felt more like family. Dr. Caputo went above and beyond for me and gave me my confidence back. I could never be more grateful for this team and what they have done for me. So thank you to Dr. Caputo and to every single staff member working at Britely. You are the most amazing, hardworking people I know!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr Caputo is an artist. Very attentive to details and a perfectionist. I just had my two implants finished yesterday and every step of the process was exceptional. My smile looks great and just a little bit of discomfort a day later but that is to be expected. I haven't stopped smiling since I left their office yesterday.

If I had to use only one word to describe Britely, it would be AWESOME. I was really nervous about the implant procedure, but they walked me through each appointment and put me at ease. I have to say, I am very grateful to the staff. I have to say I highly recommend Britely. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The staff makes an extra point of sharing that "they are working for me" and want me to have a good experience. Everyone treated me with respect and patience. All of them were exceedingly professional and provided me with not just information, but an education about the procedure, the options, why various things were to be done or not done and what to expect after the procedure including what is normal and when to absolutely call because it is not!

Very nice office staff Dr. Caputo did an amazing job on my upper implants they looks so good.would recommended him very highly if your looking to get implants.he answered all my questions and is very professional will be getting the bottoms done through him wouldn't go anywhere else.just got my uppers on 8/18/2022

I had 5 implants with a full upper set of dentures. Dr Caputo and his staff are the BEST! I am so very satisfied with my end results.

Britely Dental is by far THE BEST dentist I have went to. Their customer service is amazing! They truly care about their patients and you can feel that from the moment you walk though the door! Doctor Caputo does AMAZING work! Not only does he listen to your wants and feelings, he truly cares! He changed my life and I am forever greatful!!!

Going in I had several questions and hesitations, Doctor and his staff showed complete interest in answering all questions with compassion. Dr. Caputa and his staff are the most caring dental team I have had the good fortune to receive services from. They answered all my questions, handled my anxiety, and gave me plenty of time to make my own decisions. They made me feel safe and comfortable in an environment where I have always felt nothing but worried and anxious.

Only go if you want quality service at a reasonable cost. Dr. Caputo is clear in explaining the process, personable, and professionally more than competent. Not to mention his staff and the beautiful, new, state of the art studio. My implant is comfortable and works great! Couldn't ask for more! Updated Jan. 21, 2022 I stand by my previous review HOWEVER, this morning I asked for the scan to be sent to my new dentist and was informed that yes, they can send it but for a $300 fee! I could understand if this was a normal dental studio and uses a fee to discourage patronizing a competitor but such is not the case. This smells more like easy money. I am disappointed.

I am part way through the implant process. Everything has happened exactly as Dr. Caputo planned. I am a numbers person and shopped for implants and ran the numbers between Britely and other implant options. I do not have dental insurance so the cost is right out of my pocket. Britely is basically fixed cost and a cost lower than the options. With other dentists they would never provide a fixed price and the cap would be done by a different dentist. I always shop for the provider that does the most volume (repetition usually equals a better outcome) and Britely does one thing only-Implants.

Went for a consultation and the Doctor was so professional, kind, informative. He spent two hours with me and answered all my questions and put my fears at ease. Looking forward to my dental implants in December!!!

Dr. Caputo and his staff are outstanding. I was terrified to get implants and they made it so easy. I had checked with a number of dentists and they were either outrageously expensive and/or not very imformative. Dr. Caputo gave me more infomation than the other dentists combined. The costs were far more reasonable too. My 3 implants are great, fit perfectly and I love them. Three cheers for Britely!
