Dr. Marissa Ramirez obtained her degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine(DMD) when she graduated from the University of Baguio, Philippines in 1994. She moved to the United States and worked as a Dental Hygienist in the US Coast Guard for four years. After passing the state board in 2008, she moved to California and began her own private practice in Fairfield.
Dr. Ramirez continuously strives to know the newest dental procedures and become familiar with the latest advancements in dental technology. She also participates annually in many hours of continuing education in all phases of dentistry.
Dr. Ramirez is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA): Napa-Solano Dental Society. She has worked very hard for so many years to become a competent and compassionate dentist. She truly treats her patients as family and goes above and beyond in getting to know them. She is passionately dedicated to bringing out the best in her patients who seek her services, whether recreating or enhancing a winning smile.
Her husband, Edward, is a certified dental laboratory technician with over 15 years of experience in providing dentures and various other appliances. Our office has an in-house dental lab that aims to deliver high quality restorations and same day repairs for the convenience of our patients.
Our team provides a friendly, supportive and caring environment to all of our patients. We take the time to listen to all of your inquiries and explain all procedures pertaining to your dental care. We look forward to providing you with the highest quality dental care here in Fairfield, California.

My family have been going here for 3 years now, I highly recommend Brite Smile Family the staff are really accommodating and friendly. Vicky always keep's up with following up on routine appointments. Dr. Ramirez she is very good and honest dentist she is always treating me as a family member and assistant Hayde and Rachel they are always doing there best job and making me feel comfortable with gentle hands which I don't feel any pain or discomfort. Want to thank all of them for taking care of my teeth.

Most caring and amazing dental office I have ever been to. They do amazing work and they truly do care about you. Dr. Marissa is awesome and the other girls in the office are great! We love coming here and will plan to for the near future. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely LOVE this clinic! Not only does the staff make you feel a part of the family - they treat you like one too! For several years this clinic has taken care of our entire family and loved ones. I read one review, "touch of an angel" - I have to agree. I honestly HATE going to the dentist, but I know its required...and Marissa makes it a non-threatening waterboarding experience you can walk away from with a Brite Smile. We highly recommend this clinic for all your family needs.

It was extremely refreshing to finally find a dentist that brings comfort and professionalism to a practice that is extremely demanding to ensure a patient's satisfaction. Dr. Ramirez is the professional that meets all these requirements with a grade of A+. Dr. Ramirez' staff plays no small part in this outstanding service. My husband and I have been with BriteSmile Dental for years and we couldn't be happier with the care we have been getting from the staff. They are the best! Dra. Ramirez, ate Haydes and Vicky are professional and friendly at the same time. There were staff from the past who we met who were awesome as well. They all wear genuine smiles every time we visit. They are very accommodating especially with rescheduling if we have to move our appointments, because of some circumstances. They don't just treat you as patients/clients but they also make you feel like family! They build rapport and always make sure we are comfortable during our visits. They listen to your concerns and make sure to address them in a timely manner. We trust them dearly with our dental care. As per their office, the ambiance and setup is very nice. Their waiting area is family-friendly. They have quite a few toys to entertain the little ones and some magazines you can read. It is very sanitary and organized.

Dr. Ramirez and her staff are so awesome!! My family and I have been coming for years! They make us feel welcome and comfortable. I work in the dental field and I love how they are honest about the treatment you need and they won't tell you to get something you don't need.

I've had Dr. Ramirez as my dentist for over a decade now, and I'm shocked that I've not given her and her outstanding team a much-deserved 5-star rating. My wonderful visit with the Brite Smile family just recently reminded me I should. SERVICE is at the heart of what they do, and Dr. Ramirez and her team never fail to provide me, my family, and my friends with that extra touch of care that I've only ever experienced with them (compared to other dental offices/teams)! This team is there to make sure patients are treated with utmost professionalism, respect, and attention. Their successes over the years as a prime dental service provider and the love they receive from their patients (in return) are all testaments to how exceptional their customer service truly is, not to mention the homegrown Filipino hospitality and kindness. As someone who experiences some anxiety about dental visits, I've always been made to feel comfortable and cared for - they even answer many of my silly questions regarding dental care. First off, I was reading all of the bad reviews and I can relate as well. This place is unprofessional. I personally am not happy with her work. I am unsatisfied, and never will be coming back. I highly not recommend coming here.

I'm a new patient last week and as soon as I set forth in the office, everything is amazing! From the front desk to the dental assistant. One more thing that I totally admired is the cleanliness, they followed all the rules and regulations which I am very pleased due to the Covid. I really had a great experience. Dr. Ramirez is absolutely wonderful! she explains the procedure clearly before we even started. She has what I called, angel hands! I never had a painless procedure in my life and Dr. Ramirez made me believe it's possible. I had a 3 fillings done at the same time and the way she gave me a shot is totally painless and she's very gentle. They rendered quality superior services. I highly recommend this dental office and I will be referring all my friends and relatives.

Please save your self from coming here they are completely unprofessional at this dental office. I am very displeased with how they operate, one of the females who work there literally pranked called my brother and begged him not to tell Dr. Ramirez about it during work hours and it seems like most of the good reviews are from family, friends, and people that work there

My kids and I have been going to this dental practice for more than 5 years now and we absolutely love them. Dr. Ramirez and her staff are great and the service we always get is excellent. Before coming to this practice we were going to different dental offices every 6 months because I was never satisfied with the care we were getting, until I found this office (through my employers' dental coverage directory-I literally was going down the list every 6 months) and this is where we've been going ever since. I have highly recommend this dental practice to all my friends and family and so far they have had the same high quality experience we have had and continue to get. If you're looking for an awesome dental office with knowledgeable and caring staff and dentist this is the office.

My husband and I have been to many different dental clinics and I must say Brite Smile is the best of them all! We've been their patients for years now and we just keep on coming back! Everyone is so warm, welcoming and professional. Going to the dentist doesn't feel scary because they make you feel comfortable all throughout your visit. Dr. Ramirez is very competent and knowledgeable in her work. She has very light hands and we didn't feel any unnecessary pain during our procedures. With regards to Covid, they have precautionary measures in place and they wear full PPE all the time. Good job to the whole team! We highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this office. The staff is amazing from the front desk, to assistants to the doctor. Dr. Ramirez and her staff made sure my son felt comfortable and the work was done painlessly. I'm so happy I chose this office because this was my sons first major dental work and I was nervous for him but he felt so comfortable with the staff that there was no fuss at all. So happy with the results and will definitely continue to come to this office.

This is my favorite dental office! My wife, my 2 kids and myself go there and have been for 4+ years. The office has very friendly staff. The work they do to keep my teeth clean and cavities free and whitened is amazing! It's a welcoming waiting area and the they use all safety measures during this crazy pandemic. I would highly recommend everyone to go their and let them Brite up your smiles!
