BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE. My husband went in for an emergency visit in August. They told him he needed a root canal. We had to pay $250 out of pocket and they charged his insurance $1500 for a root canal. Except THAT is a LIE. They NEVER did a root Canal. his new dentist took X-rays and showed him that he never did a root canal. His new dentist said he is not sure what they even did. NOW HE HAS NO BENEFITS left to actually get the work done. We just filed a dispute with his insurance company and plan to dispute the out of pocket charges we paid as well. STAY AWAY.

This was my first visit to this dentist. They are amazing. I am very apprehensive about the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. I am going back to have a lot of work done and feel better knowing that they actually care about their patients well being.

My first time going here. All the staff was very nice and I loved how they explained everything to me. The dentist was also very nice and very informative. Overall great experience, can't wait to go back.

Been coming here for the past three years, he make you feel comfortable and the staff is absolutely helpful. Highly recommend to come here Dr.Fares has a dental plan for you and highly educate you on how to better and brighten your smile. thumbs up

I have been coming here for years! The staff is always friendly and Dr. Feres will bend over backwards to help you in any way he can. He is kind and fun yet very professional and talented! If you're looking for a new dentist, i highly recommend Brite Smile!

Dr. Fares is truly a one of a kind dentist. He is very talented and his dedication to his practice shines through his work. He makes everyone feel like they are family. His staff is amazing and their work is exceptional. Amongst his staff is Mohimen, a dedicated and extraordinary worker. They make sure you are comfortable and pleased with every service. 5/5 stars I highly recommend.

Went in today for a cleaning & x ray, everything went smooth. They took care good care of me, as usual. Great atmosphere! Staff is very friendly, they always keep the place clean. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We love this dental office. At our first appointment my three children and I were seen. They spent lots of time with each of us and showed us how to take care of our teeth properly. They also made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain as this was my first dental apt in almost ten years.

Absolutely horrible. Inexperienced hygienist/dental assistants. Not very clean. Unorganized... Arrived for an appointment I made 3 weeks ago and confirmed the appointment 2 days prior all for me to arrive and be told that the service needed wasn't yet approved by my insurance company and that I must wait more time -could have told me in advance so that my time wouldn't have been wasted coming to the office assuming that I'll be getting serviced today. I called the insurance company, they said they haven't recieved any request from the dental office... So all this time and they haven't even sent in a request. TERRIBLE. Additionally, the doctor had done a fill in for me... Since then, I have been having issues with it...The doctor asked his "assistant" to do xrays so he can see what was going on.... the inexperienced girl struggled to put xray gadget into my mouth... So badly it hurt ( I have never had this problem before). I decided to leave the office expressing my disgust with the customer service... And without little care or regard-the dentist waived his hand as in to say "we don't care, leave then.. " I would say, "it's because I'm black".. But I watched two white people (one walk out in similar disgust) and the other complain about his hour long wait in the lobby....So I don't think it was a race thing, just a poorly operated dentist practice. Looks like the wife is the secretary, husband is the dentist, and daughters (who don't seem to have formal dental education) are his assistants... They argued the entire time because she wasn't doing what he needed her to do correctly... All while I'm laid back allowing them to work in my mouth smh...he is yelling at her for doing things wrong... she let blood and everything else fall down my chin and shirt from out of my mouth SEVERAL TIMES. Because she didn't know how to use the suction.... That dental assistant was so horrible that particles from the doctor drilling my teeth fell down in my throat.. Basically swallowed it and had to spit up when I got home... Just horrible horrible horrible!! Lobby was nasty too! Save yourself, your time and teeth... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. I'LL NEVER BE BACK!

Went to Brite Smile to get a new upper denture and a bottom partial. What can I say, the team there is fabulous, friendly and caring. They gave me a reason to smile again. I will highly recommend to everyone.
