Two weeks ago my daughter Lindsey was seen by a professional girl , thank you for treating my daughter well she is very polite and friendly I recommend this place Brite Orthodontist. Today 11/01/2022 Again follow up appointment for my daughter Lindsey get the braces DESIREE is a most nice professional person having seen she have nice smile and good communication with the patients my 5stars is not enough to describe her, she needs better position with her professionalism My wife Lisseth and I we so happy to see someone like her and for my daughter Treatment .

Business is run by a couple men that live outside of NYC. They have several offices. Dr Klockowski did an amazing job running this office back when he owned it but things have gone downhill fast with the new owners. It's fast paced and they cram as many patients as they can in a day despite not having the staff to accommodate and only one Orthodontist. They don't have a clue what goes on in their offices in Rome and New Hartford because by the time they hear, only certain things are exposed. That's what happens when the owner isn't there every day. I know for a fact how they treat their employees is inappropriate and unfair. I have two friends that worked there as well and I'm encouraging them to leave a review, too. The way they treated me was careless and unacceptable and the fact the owner did nothing to correct the issue or address the employees that inflicted harassment and contributed to a hostile work place *when he was aware* says everything you need to know. Very disappointing. I will never support a business that is so poorly managed and unsupervised.

I was pleased with my experience at brite orthodontic's. Heidi was pleasant and very thorough with getting me started. The atmosphere is fun.

Very unimpressed by the staff at this facility. I saw Chris being cold to his ortho assistants, Adam their "practice manager" is sloppy and a poor representation for a business. Heidi is the work place bully that loves to target the new people. I work with a couple girls that have worked there and they said the atmosphere is toxic and they were treated unfairly just because they were girls and "easy to walk over". There are more options in New Hartford for those seeking an Orthodontist. I personally feel work place discrimination/harassment should never be tolerated. I will never support this business.

I would highly discourage any support of this office. Both Bassin, Hession & Chmil and Furino & Hamlin Orthodontics are great options in New Hartford. You'll notice their employees don't change week to week. At Brite Orthodontics they have one Orthodontist whereas these other businesses are more properly staffed knowing the volume they'll have each day. The businesses that deserve your support put their patients first and you'll notice their employees stick around because things are dealt with properly and they appreciate good quality people. Without bashing specific people at Brite, I can say I was very unimpressed by this business and I will continue to spread the word of what I experienced to teams I coach, classes I teach, my own Facebook page, Instagram, and friends I have in this area. This review is to help guide people to make the best decision for their families. I want the very best for my children, so we receive orthodontic care elsewhere. Don't hesitate to shop around. Dr. Patel (owner)- you don't have to comment, just understand I was disappointed you allowed me to be treated so carelessly at your business. It was unacceptable. I hope to forget my experience at Brite & sincerely hope you will treat people better in the future.

Thank you so much to Sue and the rest of the staff at Brite Orthodontics for taking such good care of my girls during these past few years!! Kaelyn went from not wanting to show her teeth because of her crooked bottom teeth to smiling constantly!! We will continue to send people your way when asked about a place to go for orthodontic treatment!!

I really enjoy going here for my treatment as well as for my daughter. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would highly recommend going here. Sue always is kind and makes it a very comfortable experience while tending to my braces .

Everyone here is really sweet. They work fast and they are fun to talk to. Sue was one of the ladies who worked on me. She always made me feel more comfortable while I was there.

I started my invisalign journey here. When I came in for my consultation they helped me figure out my payment options and I started the process that day. The place is super clean and all the people who work there are extremely friendly. If you ever have any issues they are quick to get you in.

Everyone is very professional and the facility is modern. Also, love the open concept! Patient-facing staff is responsive to needs and administration has been very helpful navigating insurance issues and answering questions.

My son was so nervous when he found out he needed braces, the staff here made him feel comfortable and relaxed. His smile really bothered him before but after just a few months his teeth are straightening out and he smiles all the time!

I began my adult braces journey in April of 2021 and Brite Orthodontics has made every visit simple and comfortable. I was nervous about getting started and had an overwhelming amount of questions that were met with detailed answers. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative, professional and light hearted, and always make me feel at ease. I would recommend Brite Orthodontics to anyone interested in treatment. I couldn't have chosen a better practice!
