Staff so unprofessional. I had appointment for 1230pm, I called to inform them I was running late. They informed me they give a 15minute grace period. I got to desk 2 minutes after the 45 so 47 they says staff going on lunch in 10 minutes so you have to reschedule. How was staff going to complete a dental appointment in 10 minutes or 15 minutes anyways from the 1245. So qhat does lunch in 10 minutes have to do with me being 2 minutes after the 45. A waste of gas money going all the way there to be turned around.

What a terrible experience I had in my last appointment with the dentist there. He grabbed my xray and told me that, I may needed root canal knowing such a molar was useless and I should get it removed. Thanks to my own judgment and common sense I went to another place for a second opinion. So, no more business for you because you don't deserve it.
