I had such a poor experience at Brite Dental that I felt the need to write a review. I broke a 25+ year old retainer, and wanted to get a new one (yes, I still wear it!) I just wanted a place that would take a mold and create a new one for me. I should have known, the poor experience started off with the front desk staff. The people I spoke with to schedule appointments were rude, short and condescending. I eventually figured out that the ortho dept is only available at the Belmont locations on Tuesdays, and others one day a month. This was never explained to me...so you can understand my frustration when I simply asked "do you have any availability this Thursday", and the response was a simple "no". Fast forward to recently, I lost the replacement retainer and wanted to get a new one. When Brite Dental had made the first one this Spring, they also gave me a mold (as part of the $500 I paid). I assumed this was to make a replacement in case I ever needed to - resulting in a lower cost replacement. Apparently I was wrong, they insisted that they completely redo everything, blaming the cost on "lab costs". I just never felt like they were looking out for my best interests. At that point I should have just gotten out of the chair and left, but I had already driven 30 minutes to the precious Tues appt. These are just a few examples, which sound minor, but they happened multiple times. In summary, I didn't feel comfortable, valued, or like they were there to help me out. Very poor experience.

Forces to to put good reviews after horrible service and takes there time talking in the back while the patient is waiting I have been coming here and deal with this often while getting work done they are talking 24/7
