This place messed up my teeth when I was a teenager to the point of no return. I went have the work fixed 2 years ago and they charged my insurance for work they didn't do and the fills in broke off within weeks. When I made a third appointment to complain the dentist laughed and told me I wasn't supposed to use my teeth like real teeth. The only reason I needed fill ins in the first place is because they shaved my teeth down too small when I was a teenager. The reason they broke was because I bit into an apple, I wasn't told I wouldn't be able to eat the simplest of foods or what to avoid. Anyway my insurance was charged 270 per tooth and he only added filler above previous filler instead of redoing the work like I asked. My teeth look horrible and thanks to the pandemic I'm having a hard time finding anyone who can fix their terrible work. I don't recommend these dentist.

This has been the worse experience for me. To start off it took weeks to schedule a follow up appointment according to them due to insurance approval however I personally followed up with insurance and they never received any paperwork. When I called them after this they told me they didn't know why the paperwork wasn't sent out but they would, now mind you I had already paid co-pays and all. Took another month or so to hear back. Since the beginning I was very clear and specific about the service I wanted, only to find out later that's not what they sent to the insurance therefore wrong approval was sent and also I had already paid about half of the service from the out of pocket. When I noticed and brought it up to them, the dentist was upset and then the girls at the front tried to make it seem like I had told her that's what I wanted and I had to remind her of the conversation we had where I specifically told her I didn't care if I had to pay more of out pocket but I wanted a certain service done. She then dismissed as perhaps 'there was q misunderstanding' and that she needed to submit paperwork to refund the insurance and submit new approval and claim. It has been almost 6months, I've called several times and told the insurance was holding the process. Called the insurance and they haven't received any paperwork nor refund from them... 6 months! Over $400 out of pocket paid plus insurance payments and nothing! Not a follow up, not a response, nothing! I cannot transfer to another location until that gets resolved as I did not use the claim they submitted to the insurance however the credit was used and they need to refund it first, nor can't I get the service I want because I am still waiting to hear from them and every time I call no one answers. I would never recommend anyone here, but I will continue until this gets settled. This should've been an easy process and all service completed by now instead there is a mess, no refund given, no follow up, no service and over a year of dealing with them.

Dr. Rabadi is the best! 5/5 Have been a patient for over three years and always receive the best care from Dr. Rabadi. If I'm in pain or uncomfortable as my teeth are super sensitive Dr. Rabadi ensures I am comfortable and takes all measures to make sure I am comfortable before starting anything on my teeth. I recommend Dr. Rabadi if your looking for a great dentist.

I was a new patient in a lot of pain they were able to take me in and evaluate my pain and put me in the right direction on what should b done...prescribed me a prescription for the pain... going back for sure...front desk very nice.

I never thought I'd be able to say I've had a positive dental experience until I came here. I'm terrified of going to the dentist, but the dentist here really makes sure to take his time to make sure I'm doing well while I'm in the chair. I think he's the most caring dentist I've been with and I'm happy to be one of his clients. The front desk (I think Jessica is her name) is super friendly and informative! I recommend coming here for sure!! UPDATE: I came here over a month ago to get some fillings done only to have to come back a couple weeks later because I was experiencing a lot of pain on one of the molars I got filled in. When I came in, I was told that I have to deal with it until it goes away and that it's "normal". Flash forward to yesterday, I was still experiencing a lot of pain so I went to another dentist who took x-rays of my molar and said my filling was done so badly, it caused a crack in my tooth and irritated my nerve! and now I have to replace the filling and pay $150 out of pocket! I posted the initial review because the front desk asked me to do so because they were going to be under review, and I was happy to do that for them because the front desk staff is genuinely kind and helpful. And I stand by what I said when I say the dentist is caring too, but unfortunately, his work is just awful. You can go out for drinks and stuff with the people here because they're friendly, but don't let them work on your teeth.

My name is Stephen, had an appointment at Brite Dental Friday, really not a Big Fan of Dentist visits, however I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised, The young Ladies at the front Desk were nice & friendly. They were Professional & I was in & out Quicker than a Car wash!; Thanks Jennifer & everyone That made My experience at Brite Dental comfortable, keep up the Good work!!!

We had a really good experience! All the staff were great. Nakisha was so helpful with my daughter who gets a little nervous at the dentist. She walked her through every step of the process. We will definitely be back!
