I've been coming to Dr. Kwon for over 10 years and have trusted him to take care of me for all of those years. I moved farther away but still drive almost 30 minutes to continue seeing him. Highly recommend!

The dentist Kwon had the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced in my life! He was rude and very unprofessional. I use to be an ER nurse and never in my life have I ever experienced a doctor behave like that. And also make the patient feel worse then when they went there. Treated the patient like they were a bother to him and he had better things to do. Please NEVER GO TO THAT OFFICE.

Dr. Kwon, is a kind man. He is honest which you don't find these days. He is very knowledgeable, and gets you in quick for emergencies. To the negative reviews below, I think they are a bit uncalled for. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however Dr. Kwon goes out of his way to help people. He helped me. I needed a lot of dental work done. He did most on the same day. I referred others who agreed as well. He is there for your teeth not to make conversation. He is busy and has limited time. Keep that in mind. I wouldn't trust anyone else except Dr Kwon. I am grateful he is my dentist.

Worst dentist I have ever had. No compassion, ignorant , arrogant. Stay away !!!!! I only have it one star because I had to option for no stars. He must be a very unhappy man !!!! Will report to all reference areas. As a human being doctor,please have compassion on your patients. You don't know what they have been through !!! Please stop practicing!!!!

This place is the worst, terrible place i have ever experienced . And this is my very first review i ever made, i normally don't give any review but to share my experience here so many people could avoid this terrible service. Please trust those negative reviews. I wish i could have had time to look for the rebiews before i made an appointment and paid over 1k at the first visit.

Caring, attentive dentist. Never a bad experience, seems like the only bad reviews are from people with unruly children. Highly recommend.

Told my 7yr old son " how many times do I have to tell you to move your tongue" I wasn't allowed in the room!! My son had to tell me and felt so disappointed and said he was rude. Then my 4year old had 2 cavities so I asked him to inform him on the danger of sugar/candy and his response was "well don't buy it with your money!" I let it go bc ik my kids don't eat too much (he just isn't the best brusher when I'm not there to assist) I just wanted a "doctor" to be the second one to say it..he didn't even give him anything to numb before he fixed his cavities but reading the other review on someone with bells palsy maybe I'm glad he skipped it. My kid asked to never go back. Both my kids gums were bleeding and swollen. In my 27 years of going to the dentist I've never left with swollen bleeding gums!! Maybe if he doesn't respect certain kinds of insurance he shouldn't take it not use it as a moment to be sadistic to CHILDREN. Or maybe not take kids if he has no patience for them

Dr Kwon is a true professional. I have my teeth cleaned 4 times a year. When I leave his office my teeth feel so clean.

This Dentist was very rude to my niece, he yelled at her a few times and made her cry. He wouldn't let her Nana hold her hand and when he was working on her she made a noise like it hurt and he pushed away and said I'm done with this visit. Gave her an anabiotic but didn't give her any other medicine for the pain. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody. And when she said she's going to go to a different dentist he told her that not a lot of places take her kind of insurance. Because she has state insurance. I'm very disappointed in service

Highly recommended! id been there last week of my broken tooth , he performed well and explained all the procedures that he will do and the cost that will be charge to you.I haven't experience any pain afterwards The clinic is clean , no clutters seen in the surroundings and the staff are friendly.Amazing Dentist .We will visit Dr.Kwon clinic again with my family.

Been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so. Had several operations, check ups etc and will continue coming because I like the quality of work and how I am treated. James Kwon, DDS. takes pride in his work and is very friendly. His attention to detail is second to none. The problem with the rest of the reviews here is that some folks would rather post issues online than actually discuss them in person. He is very reasonable just talk to him rather than immediately going online to bash.

Rarely do I write reviews, but this our teeth, smile & health here (plus the fact we are human beings, & should be treated as such). I can't even describe in words the way this DR/ DDS behaves, or his endless failing attempts in facilitating his practice. HORRENDOUS... comes to mind. Don't want to waste any more time on this nutjob. Don't waste yours. The reviews tell the story here...

DO NOT COME TO DR. KWON'S OFFICE! I wish I could give 0 stars. He is the rudest most unprofessional doctor I've ever experienced! He provided the most painful dental visit ever! Find another doctor if you care about your health!
