Me and my family have gone here for years and have seen both Dr. Mark and Dr. Elliot. They've always gotten us in fast (and even call us to offer earlier dates if there's a cancellation). They have given us nothing but great service. Highly recommend!

10/10! Went in for a check up and it was great. I went back to get my cavities done and doctor was excellent. Receptionist are wonderful and the dentists are great. My whole family comes to this office

I've been a patient of this practice for over 12 years and I highly recommend them. Barb goes out of her way to get me in to take care of all my dental needs. Both Dr.Mark and Dr.Elliott do phenomenal dental work.

As a physician myself who works in a private practice in the community I have never been spoken to so rudely and unprofessionally. I was just on the phone with a Barbara where I was trying to cancel and re-schedule an appointment. She had initially stated my wife already canceled my appointment which she in fact did not. Confused, I was in the process of trying to explain my wife had not called but she immediately cut me off to say that she did. She then tried to explain that to reschedule I needed to know what type of appointment I originally had. I wasn't sure what kind it was since my wife had originally scheduled it but informed her keep the original type she had on file from the canceled appointment. She said she didn't know what kind of exam that was. I told her it was probably a general exam with cleaning. Near the end of the conversation I wanted to make sure that Barbara wasn't double booking me since I know how annoying that can be. I asked her to confirm that she was sure my wife had canceled since my wife was under the impression I had an appointment and that I had to cancel and reschedule. Rather then letting me finish my sentence she abruptly and condescendingly told me that "It really doesn't matter now does it?" I'm sure the dentists here are great and I understand that finding workers is difficult in this market but I think explaining and reiterating the importance of customer service and basic human decency to all workers should be of the utmost importance for this practice. Unfortunately, I canceled my appointment and will not be going here.

I had an appointment with the dentist and over heard the conversation between the last reviewer. Barb was nothing but nice on the phone and was trying to reschedule and it sounded like he was nothing but rude! I've been coming here for years and even before me, my kids have been here. The dentists and staff have always been great! I've never had a bad experience with either and I've never heard them be rude with anyone while I was waiting or in my appointment. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone!

I'm a recent addition to the northwest suburbs. Last year, I had to get emergency oral surgery, and the Drs. Levy (both of them) came highly recommended by my friends and family. While they weren't able to perform the procedure I needed at the time, they have been amazing dentists that I am always eager to visit. I am thankful to have such patient and thorough dental care from them, and they make what is usually a stressful experience a professional, kind, and warm environment. Their staff, Debbie & Barb, go above and beyond, too! Love coming here, as it's so hard to find folks that treat you like family right from the start. Thanks for the love, y'all! :)

Wonderful experience! Dr. Mark Levy is efficient, friendly, and painless! I'm no longer afraid of the dentist with how gentle he is. The entire staff is amazing and treats me like family.

Great service with wonderful staff. Excellent care towards diverse needs and very personable towards their patients. After moving 30 minutes south, it is worth the drive to get dental worth. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mark and Dr. Elliot are amazing and do phenomenal work. Debbie and Barb remember everything and make you feel like your family. Anytime that an emergent issue comes up, they are able to schedule me in for later that day without any issues or hassle. Would not go to another dental office and encourage anybody who asks to come to this office.

The receptionist/billing clerk is kind, and the dentists are nice, but the one who worked on me, can't remember if father or son, HURT me. My first visit was a standard semi-annual clean and check-up, and I legitimately was uncomfortable. I had not had a painful tooth cleaning since I was a child, so I was in shock. Still, during that visit he discovered that one of my fillings was cracked, so we scheduled an appointment for a week later in order to get the filling replaced. Edit: I have adjusted my rating on Brite Bite. Though i can't change the fact that I was in physical pain during my visit, i can amend the financial issues that i had with them. My insurance led me to believe the issues i was facing were with brite bite, but after speaking with the kind receptionist Barb, i realized it was all my insurances fault and could get the matter resolved. I've had trauma and emotional scaring from previous dentists, so my sensitivity might be worse than others, so if you are new in the area and looking for nice people and good customer service, give them a try.

I took my aunt to Brite bite last week and she loved her new dentist. He did so good with her and I was so thankful. She's so happy that Dr.Levy was so helpful and honest with her. I really liked the staff too. They made us feel like family and we knew them for years. I highly recommend Brite bite dental.

I saw Dr. Mark today and it was a great experience! I went in for a cleaning, it was quick and painless. I've been going here for years and every time is great. I have anxiety and Barb, Debbie, and Dr. Mark always work to make sure I'm not overwhelmed. I highly recommend coming here.

Dr. Elliott is the best and I wouldn't dream of going to a different dentist. The whole staff really cares about their patients and always makes you feel welcomed. Barb always has a smile on and makes sure you are comfortable durning the appt as well as working with your schedule when making an appt.
