Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

They deserve 0 star if available. There office is messed up with very stupid system that they were using. I was surprised to get a letter for debt collection saying that I owe this facility a $ balance. This is the most stupid thing I've see ever. They didn't send me a bill. They discussed to me during the time of service that their information system was down and they couldn't pull out patients and insurance information. So they just say you have no insurance which is totally wrong and the fail to add my information into their corrupted system because of the glitches. I asked them to give me any reference or claim number so i can help them and follow up with my insurance but they failed even with this saying same this , the system lost the patients information. I will sues them for that.

They used to be a great place. Last time everyone there was rude to me and my wife. They also wanted to sell me on an unnecessary surgery, then got very awkward with me when I wanted more information. This place will go out of business soon!

My daughter had an appointment for 10:30 on Monday morning 3/7/22, which is on the day they open at 10 am. We received a text reminder for our appointment an hour before, and showed up 10 minutes before. The doors were locked, with no one inside, and they did not answer their phones. There was no sign on the door with an explanation for closing. We have continued to call numerous times and they still have not answered. They have also been a pain with handling paperwork in the past. They are very unorganized and I would not recommend and I will be looking for another dentist office.

Everyone involved was friendly and did a great job! Andrea kindly found my dental insurance/coverage and David thoroughly X-rayed with a positive demeanor. Dr. Kim answered my questions with her professional expertise and treated me like a family member. My teeth feel very clean and I'm hopeful that my breath will smell a little better now!

I came in for a routine teeth cleaning. They tried to talk me into multiple procedures that with a 2nd opinion it was determined I did not need. I allowed them to do fillings on my teeth in exchange for them cleaning my teeth. Somehow my teeth hurt now when they didnt before I sought care here. They are more concerned about getting your money than patient care. I had to return for them to fix my bite because they didnt listen during my initial visit when i said I wasnt able to align my teeth properly in my mouth. At this time I asked to be contacted by the practice manager or patient advocate and was told I would be contacted. They never reached back out to me. I will never return. The staff didnt even clean my teeth properly. I submitted a complaint with my insurance as well as this was horrendous. I advised them I didnt like going to the dentist and to please take it easy on me but instead I left feeling grifted and like I dont want to return to the dentist ever again. Thanks for taking a phobia I told you about at intake and exploiting it for monetary gain. Real professional.

Never go to this office. We started a process with them but they didn't do anything. They kept taking money from us. When I went to the bank to stop the process. They stop it after taking $800 for nothing. When we asked for the refund, they refused to refund us.

Horrible billing practices. They overcharged me 300$, when I informed them about the charge, I was told that refund has been issued and I will receive it in 3 weeks. Its going on 6 weeks now and no refund yet. Called the office 3 - 4 times after the 3 weeks, each time they say they will call back with an update but they never do. Im still awaiting my refund.

Stay away! They make money by telling people that they need one day crown, root canal or oral surgery. The oral surgeon and endodontist comes twice a month to the office and they need to fill their schedule by telling patients they need to get extractions or root canals. The one day crown is an overpriced scam and the porcelain crown is just as good. I went for a check up and cleaning and I was told that I needed two crowns and root canals and the doctor drilled down my tooth 3 weeks before my endodontist appointment. After that I visited their office THREE TIMES A DAY for TWO WEEKS as the temporary crown kept falling off. A normal office visit turned into an emergency and I suffered for days due to the doctors incompetence. I was in pain and cried and asked the doctor that why did you drill my tooth down if your endodontist wasn't going to see me for three week. She had no answer and never even said sorry for her mistake. I couldn't see any one else as they had started the procedure and maxed out my deductible. They charged an extra $300 on my credit card even after my payments were completed and now Andrea won't answer or return my calls to give me the refund she promised.

This place is amazing! I am terrified of dentists, and the dentist I saw was so sweet, comforting and fast. The facility was clean, again the entire staff was beyond nice, and I will be not be going anywhere else for my cleanings. I would totally recommend this place, 5 stars.

Years ago I had a terrible experience with a dentist who's carelessness and callousness caused the left side of my face to go numb for 5 years after he sliced a nerve and and caused an infection in my check that needed oral surgery and a drain tube. All this for a filling. Needless to say I am very leery about going to the dentist. Dr Sammi Kim is a breath of fresh air. She employs the latest technology in dentistry and has a very gentle method and a wonderful bedside manner. Her staff also puts me at ease and is very professional and organized. I had to do a root canal, replace a crown and a filling among other procedures.She put my fears from past bad experiences to rest!!! I would 100% recommend Dr Kim and her staff!
