Highly recommend! Staff is excellent here. Dentist is very thorough. Makes you feel comfortable. Came here for crown and tooth colored fillings. Satisfied with my teeth.

I only rate these place with 1 star because I can't do less, I came here with a horrible tooth pain and it's close to my house, but now I really regret it, that day they provide me with a service and charged me (I paid cash the same day) and they offer me a deep cleaning and which supposed to cover a 5 weeks follow up cleaning and when the time came around they wouldn't do it because they said that they never said that when they had already even gave me appointment , it's really disappointed that these dental office take advantage of patients when they at their office hurting it's really, disappointing because their so close to our house, we had already plan on bringing my family of 4 here for our regular dentist, really the girls from front desk are very bad service.

Patty & Roxanna at the front desk are warm, welcoming and make the checking in process smooth and seamless. My overall experience was pleasant and I was relaxed. The office is clean, beautiful, and each room suite has very nice TVs. Excellent Guest experience!

I would highly suggest that anyone with a under lying medical condition looking for dental care look elsewhere. I went in to see this dentist on a referral. My initial appointment for examination was fine however I was informed at the time that procedure was required to be pre-approved and that they would inform me when completed. A month passed and did not hear back from the dental office. I went in too see them directly and was informed they did not yet have an approval. Moments later after being in tears the doctor then informed he was not going to be able to do my procedure as he did not want to risk being liable. This was the same dentist that did the examination. I was so upset and depressed I considered taking my own life. These people care nothing about the well being if their patients. The doctor offered no suggestions or alternatives too solve my problem. However they did receive the authorization too compete the procedure and charged my insurance for a useless examination. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone suffering from pain or needs dental work done. They cannot be trusted.

Let me start by saying I don't like to visit the dentist in general. My experience at Bristol Family Dental Center has change my thought. I had some pain so I made an appointment. They were able to get me in pretty quick. Dr. Juan Hidalgo went over my x rays and treatment plan. I had to have to wisdom teeth removed which everything went well. I appreciate the follow up call the next day from Nery to see how I was doing. I will be coming back to Bristol Family Dental Center and be recommending it to friends and family.

As a new patient here, Ive really enjoyed my visits. The atmosphere is very fresh and welcoming, never a dull moment when I do come in and i appreciate when they make me smile, they do it so effortlessly.

I've had an amazing experience at Bristol Family Dental Center. The staff, oral surgeons dentists and dental assistants are super professional and really take care of you and your teeth. Shout out to Patty and Roxana for being the best front desk receptionists in oc! They're always super friendly and make you feel like family.

Had an amazing experience! They fit me in last second and were able to clean me up super well. They made sure I wasn't in any pain whatsoever ever. Neri was such a sweet heart!!
