For work reasons I always ask for the appointment later and they usually give it to me at 5 pm but it turns out that they call me about 3 times that if I can come earlier between 4 and 4:30 I say yes so as not to miss the appointment because the day they give me the same is to go to the races well it turns out that when I get to the office they go twice that they want to charge me $50 for missing appointments or being late, depending on because the last time my appointment was 4:30 and we arrived 4 :48 and they give you 15 minutes of tolerance, I mean for two minutes they exaggerate. Por motivos de trabajo siempre pido la cita mas tarde y regularmente me la dan alas 5 pm pero resulta que van como 3 veces que me llaman que si puedo venir mas temprano entre 4 y 4:30 les digo q si por no perder la cita xq el dia que me la den igual es andar alas carreras bueno resulta que cuando llego ala oficina van dos veces que me quieren cobrar $50 que por perder las citas o llegar tarde, segun que porque la vez pasada mi cita era 4:30 y llegamos 4:48 y te dan 15 min de tolerancia osea por dos minutos exajeran. Ahorita me dice la de recepcion que me los van a perdonar que ya no les debo nada y entonces le dije si se ponen en ese plan de cobrar por dos minutos tarde entonces que respeten el horario que dan desde un principio la verdad la cita de hoy me la cambiaron hoy mismo era alas 5 y me dijeron q si podia alas 4 les dije que si y llegamos 4:01 asi q hubiera llegado 4:16 y eran otros $50 cuando mi cita en un principio era alas 5 asi q no es justo. Si vienes a este lugar ojo con este detallito que tienen aqui

SCAM DONT COME HERE!! They tried to charge me for procedures that my insurance covers. Then tried to lie about it after when I confronted them.

Had a regular teeth cleaning here. The doctor and staff were professional and friendly. The cleaning was thorough, painless, and my teeth came out great!

Awesome staff. They know how to keep kids calm and not afraid of any procedure. Totally recommend them if you have small children.

This place is very clean with very friendly staff. My experience was great. The dentist was very gentle but thorough. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a dentist or a new one. They have great programs to help you out if you don't have insurance.

Bristol Dental Group (1313 W. 17th St. #B) is an amazing group of Dentists, Assistants, & Office personnel. They are a family dentistry who provide thorough treatments, will explain insurance coverage options, & present several treatment options. The Dentists are gentle, experienced & talented in their work, & their availability with late evening hours and sometimes weekend options make this dentistry available for various schedules! Lupita (Assistant) & Vivian (Office Manager) are the best! Make sure to ask for them - as they are honest & on-point in dealing with all dental work for all ages. If you want any information, call & ask for Vivian, as she is knowledgeable in insurance & payment options & will even provide an insurance option through their office if you don't have a good dental plan. She is the go-to personnel for explanation of coverage & will work with each individual situation in a professional & caring manner. Lupita's awesome, trust-worthy work & superb customer service with patients of all ages from children to adults is the biggest asset this dental group has. Her commitment to making this office as a family dental group has kept our large family of 6 attending for over 10 years! We trust her advise, & leave all of our family's dental care under her recommendations as her kind & knowledgeable words are like rare gems. Came to this office and the doctor was very friendly and helpful on explaining the costs and helping me get affordable braces, which I was extremely grateful for because I'd have never thought i could afford braces and go to college.

It is not always fun going to the dentist. I had my first appointment at this office and came in wondering what to expect. It turned out to be a great experience. Staff was kind and gentle taking xrays. I had a female dentist that talked me through everything she was doing and was attentive to me during my cleaning. She made sure I was ok. I highly recommend this dental office.
