Very inconsiderate of other people's time, they schedule you for a certain time then ask to move up or change the appointment. I wouldn't suggest going here unless you would like to return 10x to have a filling, crown, bridge, etc.re-evaluated since the quality of work isn't there. And if you're expecting a call from the manager to discuss and treatment, expect a call whenever she feels like it she's never on time with her calls or completely spaces calling patients. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your time and money, there are far better dental offices nearby.

Had a fantastic experience at Brio! I've been in a significant amount of pain in a couple of my teeth. Even eating became difficult. It turned out I needed a root canal and a couple of crowns. The process of preparing my teeth for crowns and then having the temporary crowns put in was quite a process, and I can't imagine having it done at any of the dentist offices I've been to in the past. Dr. Rezayee and Amber are so good at what they do! They were articulate when helping me understand what was happening and they answered every one of my questions. They were both very kind. The procedure took 3 hours, and at no point did they appear rushed. They were thorough and made sure everything was perfect. Through the entire process I felt comfortable and safe. Very happy to have found Brio!

This one thing says it all. In the goodie bag, Dr Jahan gave me Fluoride Free toothpaste. You need fluoride. She also recommended me to an oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth extraction who simply wasn't an oral surgeon, he was just a dentist. Dr. Pham. He was great though. She also does "oil pulls" which is Ayurvedic medicine and has no science backing it. For the most part, the business was nice and the staff were welcoming, the oral hygienist seemed like she knew what she was doing. The dentist seemed out of touch though.

My partner went, and I'm pretty upset with the experience she had. Took them two hours to do a very basic xray and check to determine she needed a deep cleaning, and then... schedule that cleaning. That's it. No actual work, two hours for that. The break room was right next to the exam room, she had to smell employees heating up their food while trying to get a dental exam. The only sunglasses they had were too small, she had to sit there during this needlessly time consuming exam with tiny glasses jammed on her head. They asked about why she hadn't had great work done in the past, and then when told we used to be on OHP and couldn't afford better at the time, they acted confused that people could ever struggle with affording decent dental care. Worst of all, they hit her teeth like eight times with the little mirror while looking around. One would think you'd go to the dentists to get teeth repaired, not cracked due to carelessness. It doesn't seem like they're the worst dentists apparently, and none of the problems were from anyone being overtly mean, but... geez. There's a lot of parts of the process that really need to be looked at and overhauled. If no one there has the sense to see the problems and fix them, they should hire a consultant or something. The experience around going to the dentist matters too, not just the care.

This is the best place you can find for your dental treatments. The stuff is not only amazing, but honest and professional. I almost got scammed on another "dentist". I am grateful I found the Brio dental team. They will make sure to yell you what you really need, and to treat you as their top priority:)

I was a patient for a couple of years and finally had had enough... the last straw came when, after a very cursory exam by the hygienist during my regular cleaning visit, and while I was in the chair, I was told that I needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost much more and be much more invasive and painful. When I balked and said that I wanted to proceed with a regular cleaning, Dr. Jahan said that "I can't do that after we've made this recommendation. You MUST have a deep cleaning." She even tried to suggest that she was legally bound to perform this procedure. When I said no and that I wanted to end the visit and would find another dentist, she said that "ethically, no dentist will perform a regular cleaning since I've made this recommendation". All of this came after I had previously agreed to an implant for a tooth that needed extraction but, as we progressed through the multi-visit, multi-month process, the cost kept going up and up. My new dentist literally laughed out loud when I told him the "deep cleaning" story, and after a thorough exam said that not only did I not need the procedure (the criteria for it are well documented and my situation didn't even come close), but that I had "beautiful, healthy teeth" aside from some recession which has been apparent for years and has not progressed since it was diagnosed (because I'm hyper diligent about my brushing/flossing routine). He's also able to complete the implant process at a significantly lower cost than what Brio quoted. Not recommended.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Jahan is incredibly nice, the techs are amazing and efficient, and the space is very positive and accepting. I used to hate going to the dentist but every appt has been a breeze here!

I just had my first visit at Brio Dental and my visit made me so glad I chose them for my new dental care in Portland. I had the most thorough cleaning and oral review than I have ever had in my life. My hygienist Jay, was very professional and made me feel so at ease being in the office for my first time! Dr Jahan's examination and treatment plan for me have reassured me that I made the best choice to choose Brio Dental care for all of my dental health.

Brio Dental is amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Jahan and her staff. I would not go anywhere else. The office is incredibly warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Having had poor previous dental experiences, Dr. Jahan really spent the time to focus on me as a patient and relieve my dental anxiety. Dr. Jahan calmly explained what she was doing, and how she would go about it, which was very reassuring and calming. Her techniques were applied with the lightest touch. She leads by example, as all of the wonderful staff at Brio embody her communication, empathy and approach to dental care.

Please know, WHOMEVER READS THIS, all being said is from my experience at Brio Dental. First off, I have been going to dds' offices for GOBS of years. This is the very first time in years - after being a child - where I left an appointment HAPPY and PAIN FREE! All the people working there were sooo kind. Every detail was carefully explained as to the dire situation of my poor teeth. How glad I am to have met this wonderful group of health- care, intelligent people. The deep cleaner was so GENTLE!!!! If any of you are wondering about trying Brio out, you can try them and SEE FOR YOURSELF!!! From one very delighted patient, Martha.

I had the most amazing experience at Brio Dental today. This was by FAR the most comprehensive dental visit I've had. The staff was interested in not only my oral health but my overall well being. They kindly gave me many recommendations and education on how to take better care of my oral health going forward. Highly recommend!

Literally saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. I have been suffering for over 5 years with sinus infections, joint pain, gastric inflammation, and chest pain. I went to countless doctors and conventional dentists and everyone said "nothing looks wrong". Well, turns out I had three abscesses of severe infection that went all the way through my jawbone and into my sinuses and I needed an extraction. NONE of the previous dentists caught this. Brio Dental was the ONLY place to catch this infection and do something about it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I already feel like a new person.

My experience at Brio was one of the best dental moments of all time! They did a great cleaning and exam, answered any questions and boosted my knowledge on teeth health. They added some extra comfort items such as a heated neck pillow, cbd jaw massage, and a blanket. I felt like I was sleeping or in a state of bliss during my cleaning and felt so relaxed. Something that I'm sure would help those that don't like going to the dentist.

I had such a pleasant first visit at Brio Dental! The staff were all so friendly and willing and happy to answer any questions I had. The dental hygienist, Jessica, was so gentle and thorough. The whole experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was something I had never experienced at a dentist before. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm excited to go back!

My experience at Brio Dental was amazing. Dr. Rezayee explained everything well and listened to my questions. Jessica, the dental hygienist was amazing as well. She took the time to do my cleaning and did a fantastic job. They both did a thorough and professional job. I felt really comfortable during cleaning and X-rays. I definitely recommend Brio Dental to anyone.
