Bringhurst Family Dentistry has grown a lot since it first started in 1961. We now have 3 dentists and 6 hygienists. We have the best patients who help us continue to grow our practice and have voted us best dentist in Readers Choice awards for the past 3 years.
Dr. Louis Bringhurst has been a long-time resident of Pocatello, Idaho. He graduated from Highland High School, and then went on to further his education at Idaho State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration in 1985.
He was then accepted to Creighton University Dental School where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Science degree in May, 1990. He joined his fathers dental practice later that same year and has enjoyed serving the Pocatello and surrounding communities as a general family dentist since then.
He has also enjoyed working as a dental instructor for the restorative clinic at Idaho State University dental hygiene program since 1991. He and his family love snow skiing and all other outdoor activities that Southeast Idaho has to offer.
Dr. Eric L. Bringhurst joined Bringhurst Family Dentistry after graduating from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1991. While growing up he admired his fathers approach to being honest and hard working.
He worked in his fathers dental practice through his teenage years and observed first hand how integrity is vital to business and how attention to detail is vital to dentistry. He enjoys practicing dentistry and truly cares for the needs of his patients.
Dr. Eric has lived in Pocatello his entire life, with exception of attending dental school and serving a full time LDS mission in Central America. He attended Highland High School and Idaho State University. He and his family love the community and the numerous outdoor activities this area provides. Most of all, his family cherishes the many friendships they have made over the years.

Went above and beyond. It has been a long time since I have been to the dentist. As a result, my first time going to Bringhurst took a little longer tha usual. The staff took the time necessary to make sure that everything was ok, even though I was probably taking more than my allotted time. They were very thorough and professional.
